Dein Zimmer ist ein schönes, quadratisch geschnittenes Zimmer mit 16qm Grundfläche. Eine Besonderheit ist allerdings der angrenzende "Wintergarten" mit zusätzlichen Quadratmetern, in dem du morgens die Sonne genießen kannst. Da ich (Viola) für ein Semester im einen Erasmus-Austausch mache, kannst du das Zimmer vollmöbliert übernehmen.
Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, ist die Wohnung derzeit jedoch noch nicht von uns bezogen, weil wir sie auch erst ab Juli mieten. Im Laufe des Julis/ Augusts werden wir dann den Umzug vollständig in die neue Wohnung machen. Wenn du aber ab 1.Juli dort wohnen möchtest, werde ich meine Möbel und alles wichtige schon dort sein.
Your room is a nice, square cut room with 16sqm floor space. A special feature is the adjacent "winter garden" with additional square meters, where you can enjoy the sun in the morning. Since I (Viola) am doing an Erasmus exchange for one semester, you can take over the room fully furnished.
As you can see on the pictures, the apartment is not yet occupied by us, because we rent it only from July. In the course of July/August we will move completely into the new apartment, so your room will be furnished when you move in.
Die WG liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Wohngegend in der Südstadt, trotzdem bist du in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Zu Fuß brauchst du etwa 5min in die Innenstadt, wo sich auch unterschiedliche Bushaltestellen befinden. Durch die zentrale Lage brauchst du mit dem Rad zum Z-Campus etwa 5-10 Minuten. Mit Kaufland befindet sich ebenfalls eine super Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe.
The WG is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the southern city, only a few minutes from the center. It takes you about 5 minutes to walk to the city center, where there are also different bus stops. Due to the central location, you need about 5-10 minutes by bike to the central campus. With Kaufland, there is also a great shopping opportunity in the immediate vicinity.
Mit dir in der WG würden Maja (22) und Luis (20) wohnen. Maja studiert Jura und immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche oder eine gemeinsame sportliche Aktivität zu haben. Luis fängt an evangelische Theorie zu studieren und wird für das Wintersemester neu in unsere WG einziehen. Genauso wie du, wird ein*e vierte*r Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete bei uns wohnen.
Wir freuen uns darauf, dich bei einem WG-Casting (auch online) kennenzulernen. Leider können wir dir dann die Wohnung noch nicht zeigen, da wir zur Zeit noch in unserer alten Wohnung im Studi-Wohnheim wohnen. Du kannst aber gerne einen Blick in mein jetziges Zimmer werfen, damit du dir vorstellen kannst, wie dein neues Zimmer in etwa eingerichtet sein wird.
Maja (22) and Luis (20) would live with you in the shared flat. Maja studies law and is always available for a chat in the kitchen or a joint sports activity. Luis will start studying evangelical theology and will move into our shared flat for the winter semester. Just like you, a fourth roommate will be living with us as an interim tenant, since Frieder will also be spending half a year abroad.
We are looking forward to getting to know you during a WG casting (also online). Unfortunately, we can't show you the apartment yet, because we are still living in our old apartment in the student dormitory. But you are welcome to take a look at my current room, so that you can imagine how your new room will be furnished.
Das Einzugs- wie auch das Auszugsdatum können wir auch flexibel gestalten. Wenn du beispielsweise bis Semesterende im Februar oder März bleiben möchtest, ist das auch möglich. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne hier auf WG-gesucht :)
The move-in date as well as the move-out date can be arranged flexibly. For example, if you want to stay until the end of the semester in February or March, that is also possible. If you are interested, please write me here on WG-gesucht :)
