Dein neues Zimmer ist 14qm groß, aber wirkt durch die hohen Decken und weißen Wände größer und heller.
Der Schreibtisch, der Nachtschrank und die Kommode können überholt werden, du musstest das mit unsere aktuelle Mitbewohnerin besprechen.
Das Zimmer ist direkt neben der Küche/Wohnzimmer. Hier quatschen wir gerne Abends nach der Arbeit / Uni und backen ab und zu auch was leckeres zusammen.
In der Küche, gibt es auch ein Geschirrspüler.
Direkt neben der Küche ist das Badezimmer, das sehr geräumig und hell ist. Hier ist auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die du natürlich auch benutzen darfst :)

Your new room is 14sqm but seems bigger and brighter because of the high ceilings and white walls.
You can buy the desk, the nightstand and the dresser from the previous roommate, you'd have to discuss the price with her.
The room is right next to the kitchen/living room. That's where we like to chat in the evenings after work/university and occasionally bake something delicious together.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, which is very spacious and bright. There is also a washing machine and a dryer there, which you can of course use :)
Die Wohnung findet sich am Anfang von Grone, in der Nähe von der Otto-Frey-Brücke.
10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof
15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt
10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni (Z-Campus)
Edeka, Alnatura und DM 10 Minuten zu Fuß
Möbelino (second-hand Laden für Möbeln) steht vor der Tür und das Freibad ist um die Ecke!

Ich heiße Léa ich bin eine 25 jahrige Französin. Ich studiere im 9 Semester Englisch und Französisch auf Lehramt und wohne seit 5 Jahre in Deutschland. Ich koche und backe sehr gerne (und teile sehr gerne, was ich mache). Ich tanze Ballet und Zumba, gehe manchmal spazieren oder wandern.
Ich lese und gucke oft Filmen und Serien (am meisten Fantasy). Ich quatsche sehr gerne beim Abendessen oder mit einer Tasse Tee mit meinen Mitbewohnern :)
Hi! Ich bin Laura, bin 22 und komme ursprünglich aus Italien. Ich wohne seit vier Jahren in Göttingen und mache zurzeit eine Ausbildung bei der UMG im medizinischen Bereich :)
Ich liebe Pflanzen und Reisen, und habe immer Lust, neue Städte und Orten zu sehen! Ich gehe auch gerne ins Fitnessstudio, aber freue mich auch auf einen Filmabend zu Hause.
Wir mögen Haustiere, wenn du einen Fluffball hast, es ist herzlich bei uns wilkommen ^-^ (wir hatten früher eine Katze, es gibt Platz)
Wir sind seit ein bisschen mehr als einem Jahr in der Wohnung aber wir waren vorher schon vorher Mitbewohnerinen. Wir sprechen zusammen Deutsch, können aber sehr gerne andere Sprache mit dir sprechen (wenn wir das können x) )
Wir machen voll gerne einen Spiel-, Filmabend oder kochen/ backen gerne ab und zu zusammen.

My name is Léa and I am a 25 year old French woman. I am in my 9th semester of studying English and French and have been living in Germany for 5 years. I love cooking and baking (and sharing what I cook). I dance ballet and Zumba, sometimes go for walks or hikes.
I often read and watch movies and series (mostly fantasy). I love chatting with my flatmates over dinner or a cup of tea :)

I love plants and travelling, and am always looking forward to seeing new cities and places! I also like going to the gym, but also look forward to a movie night at home.
We both love animals, if you have a fluff ball, we would also welcome it in our home ^-^ (we previously had a cat so there is the space)
We have been in the flat for more than a year but we were flatmates before. We speak German together, but we can speak other languages with you (if we can x) ).
We like to have a game or movie night or cook/bake together from time to time.
We also have a cleaning plan.
Eventuell auch befristet.
Die Ablösevereinbarung ist für die neue Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Trockner. Die sonstigen Kosten sind für: Strom, WLAN und Rundfunk.

Also possible for a shorter stay
The "Ablösevereinbarung" (some money you would have to pay only once) is for our new fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The other costs are for: electricity, WiFi and "Rundfunk".
