Gemütliches WG Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (Sublet)

Von hier brauchst du ca 2 Minuten an die Haltestelle Gotteslager, mit dem Rad sind es ca 8-10 Minuten an den Bahnhof und 12-15 Minuten an die Uni (je nach dem wie spät man dran ist). Da das Haus in einer Seitenstraße liegt hört man auch quasi keinen Verkehr.

Die restliche WG besteht aus Kläre, Johanna, Annika und Alex. Alle sind grade am Ende ihres Studiums / am Anfang des Arbeitslebens. Meistens sind wir alle tagsüber unterwegs, sodass man sich eher gegen Abend mal am Wohnzimmertisch sammelt, um noch gemütlich gemeinsam rumzuhängen. Alternativ dazu hat man auch im Wohnzimmer mehr als genug Platz, es gibt ein Palettensofa vor dem Haus und eine Terrasse nach hinten raus.
Wir sind keine Party WG, aber Besuch ist natürlich jederzeit willkommen.
Außerdem ist vielleicht wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir auch einen (sehr lieben) Hund haben!

The rest of the WG consists of Kläre, Johanna, Annika and Alex. All of them are just at the end of their studies / at the beginning of their working life. Most of the time we're all out during the day, so it's more common to gather around the living room table in the evening to hang out together. Alternatively, there is more than enough space in the living room, there is a pallet sofa in front of the house and a terrace out back.
We are not a party WG, but visitors are of course always welcome.
Note, that we have a dog (she is amazing, but still important to know)!

Wir haben entschieden kein großartiges Casting zu veranstalten, da es sich ja nur um 2 Monate handelt. Da Ende der Zwischenmiete kann gerne auch gemeinsam besprochen werden. Ich würde das Zimmer auf jeden Fall gerne mindestens bis Ende August vermieten, da ich aber Anfang September noch im Urlaub bin wäre mir etwas länger sogar lieber. Im Oktober würde ich aber gerne allerspätestens wieder hier sein.

Falls du die Wohnung gerne besichtigen würdest (ohne jetzt ein richtiges Casting zu machen), sag gerne Beschied ob du gerne vorbeikommen magst oder wir uns online mal treffen :)

We have decided not to organize a great casting, since it is only 2 months. Since the end of the interim rent can also be discussed together. I would like to rent the room in any case at least until the end of August, but since I'm still on vacation in early September would be a little longer even prefer. In October I would like to be back here at the latest.
