Simple and not so big one room flat, but very cozy. Before I tried to make it very comfort for living.
Its furnished , so you dont need to bring anything. You dont need to pay extra for this furniture. Of course you should use everything carefully. Because this flat was my own home and I gave it my soul :)
If you want to buy some an addition its ok.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, washing machine and slippers are included.
The house is situated on Diesterstrasse, its about 2-3 min by foot to bus station. There are supermarket and some cafeteria close to the house.
You can live alone or with roomate if you want to save some money,
But please, you should understand, that I am looking for someone who will take care about the flat.
Of course you can make party there or meet with friends but dont forget that its someones home.
No people is there now! The flat is free!
