Frei wird ein ca. 10qm großes Zimmer. Das Fenster geht zur Front nach Westen raus. Dein Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche und dem Zugang zur Terrasse und wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Wir wohnen in einer Doppelhaushälte mit 3 Etagen plus Keller, welches 2014 kernsaniert wurde. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die große Wohnküche mit Zugang zur noch größeren Terrasse, Den ersten Stock bewohnen Annika und Mattis und das große Duschbad findet man auch dort. In der obersten Etage ist neben einem weiteren Duschbad noch Jureks Zimmer. Im Keller ist ein Raum um Zeug zu deponieren, die Waschküche inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Von dort aus kommt man auch in den hinter dem Haus liegenden Garten.
ENGLISH: The room is available at the Beginning of April for an unlimited period. You will be living with Annika, Jurek and Mattis in our house which is just a few minutes away from the city center and the central campus. Jurek and Mattis are student, Annika is doing an apprenticeship and they will be happy to show you Goettingen. We like to hang out on the balkony, making cooking sessions in our large kitchen, playing table games or going out to enjoy the nice pubs and bars of Goettingen. However, it's also ok if you want to be in your room;) The room is unfurnished and the rent of 290€ includes everything. If you are interested, drop us a line so that we can arrange a meeting which is possible between the 11th and the 18th March.
Das Haus steht an der Grenze zur Weststadt im schönen und sehr unterschätzten Stadtteil Grone. In der Tat ist es hier ganz nett. Die Leine ist 3 Minuten entfernt und eignet sich super zum Joggen zum Kiessee. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle St.-Godehard-Kirche sind es 2 Minuten, zum Z-Campus, Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt kommt man mit dem Rad in 8-10 Minuten. Bäckerei, Kiosk, Apotheke und eine Sparkasse sind in direkter Nähe. Supermärkte befinden sich entweder auf dem Weg zum Z-Campus (Netto) oder ein wenig weiter im Norden (Aldi) oder Westen (Edeka).
Jurek und Annika geben schnieke Mitbewohner ab. Sie kommen aus Berlin und Dortmund . Physik wird studiert, Annika schneidet Menschen im Krankenhaus professionell auf. Neu dazu gekommen ist Mattis, der jetzt mit Wirtschaftsinformatik anfängt und in das Zimmer über dir eingezogen ist.
Wir verstehen uns nicht als Zweck-WG. Zusammen Sport treiben, Grillen, Kochen, Serien gucken, einfach gemeinsam Zeit in der Wohnküche verbringen oder auf Partys zu gehen, wäre also drin. Regeln gibt es eigentlich keine, wir schauen, dass "Lasten" einfach ungefähr gleich verteilt sind, was auch ziemlich gut funktioniert.
An dich stellen wir keine speziellen Anforderungen. Wenn dich das hier also anspricht, komm einfach auf ein Kaffee oder Bier vorbei und wir schauen, ob die Wellenlänge stimmt.
