Date of move in can be discussed (August/September).
Room will come fully furnished, and cheap price for everything can be agreed upon (In addition the flat is fully equipped incl. washing machine and dishwasher). The rent altogether comes to €300 in total, with a deposit of €580. There is also parking avaible.
The room is 15m^2 and has no slopes. The ceiling is quite high, which means that the loft bed fits in perfectly, so there is more space for other furniture. The room is nice and light as it has two large windows in different directions which always let in a lot of light. It has a laminate floor, so it can be easily vacuumed and mopped. What is also very practical is that you can hang your laundry on the wires under the bed, so you have much more space and don't need a drying rack :)
Das Zimmer ist 15m^2 groß und hat keine Schrägen. Die Decke ist recht hoch, wodurch das Hochbett perfekt reinpasst, somit hat man mehr Platz für sonstige Möbel. Das Zimmer ist schön hell da es zwei große Fenster in verschiedene Richtungen hat durch die immer viel Licht hereinkommt. Es hat einen Laminatboden, es kann also gut gesaugt und gewischt werden. Was auch sehr praktisch ist, ist das man seine Wäsche an den Drähten unter dem Bett aufhängen kann, dadurch hat man deutlich mehr Platz und braucht keinen Wäscheständer :)
There are 4 bus stops nearby (all of which can be reached very quickly), in 5 minutes you can be in the city center by bus and in just under 10 minutes on the Z-Campus, by bike also about 10 minutes. The Kaufpark is only 10 minutes away by bus. Right next door is a large and modern Edeka with a bakery, Alnatura, DM and a pharmacy.
In der Nähe sind 4 Bushaltestellen (alle sehr schnell zu erreichen), in 5min ist man mit dem Bus in der Innenstadt und in knapp 10min am Z-Campus, mit dem Fahrrad auch ungefähr 10min. Der Kaufpark ist mit dem Bus auch nur knappe 10min entfernt. Direkt nebenan ist ein großer und moderner Edeka mit einem Bäcker, Alnatura, DM und einer Apotheke
You will be in a 3 person flat share, with your new roommates being Safaa and Hercules. Safaa is studying at the university for her masters, and Hercules is studying and working in marketing. They are very easy going, you can have your own space however they are also happy to chat and go out together.
You can decide spontaneously whether it is a real apartment tour or an online meeting, we are flexible and look forward to your message! :)
