wir suchen ein:e Mitbewohner:in zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von ca. 15 m². Und kostet 255 € Warm inklusive Internet.
Das Zimmer ist auf den Bildern zu sehen und ist relativ hell. Einige Möbel (Matratze und Schrank)sind bereits vorhanden und können genutzt werden.
In der WG gibt es eine große Wohnküche und einen geräumigen Wintergarten, die von allen Bewohner:innen gemeinsam genutzt werden können. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen großen Garten.

we are looking for a roommate to rent a room. The room has an area of about 15 m². The room costs 255 € warm including internet.
The room can be seen in the pictures and is relatively bright. Some furniture is already available(mattress and wardrobe) and can be used.
In the WG there is a large kitchen and a spacious conservatory, which can be shared by all residents. The house also has a large garden.
