Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (siehe Fotos) und ist das größte Zimmer in der WG. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und eignet sich gut zum Kochen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon, auf den viele Stunden am Tag die Sonne scheint. Insgesamt wohnt man zu dritt in der Wohnung. Ein weiterer Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin wird ebenfalls zur gleichen Zeit zur Untermiete sein und ebenfalls ein Internationaler Student sein. Der dritte Mitbewohner studiert im 3 Semester Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

The room is fully furnished (see photos) and is the largest room in the shared apartment. The kitchen is also well-equipped and suitable for cooking. The apartment has a large balcony that gets a lot of sun for several hours throughout the day. A total of three people live in the apartment. Another roommate, who is also an international student, will sublet at the same time. The third roommate is in their 3rd semester studying business administration.

Das Zimmer ist 5 Minuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Die Universität ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.Der Kies-See ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet sich perfekt für Spaziergänge an. In der Nähe der Wohnung sind zwei Supermärkte mit großem Sortiment.

The room is located 5 minutes away from the city center. The university can be reached within 10 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bike.The cities lake can be reached in 5 minutes and is perfect for walks or for a nice run. There are two supermarkets with a large selection of products near the apartment.

In unserer WG legen wir großen Wert darauf, zusammen Dinge z unternehmen, am Abend auf dem Balkon zu grillen oder zusammen in die Stadt zu gehen. Wir haben bisher immer hohen Wert auf eine sehr ausgeglichene Arbeitsaufteilung gelegt, sodass wir für alle ein gemütliches Umfeld schaffen.
Freunde mit in die Wohnung zu bringen ist aber auch überhaupt kein Problem und hat bis jetzt immer zu lustigen Abenden geführt. Unsere Nachbarn sind was kleine Partys angeht auch sehr entspannt und tolerieren auch mal etwas lautere Abende.

In our shared apartment, we highly value doing things together, such as grilling on the balcony in the evenings or going out to the city as a group. We have always placed a strong emphasis on maintaining a well-balanced division of tasks, creating a cozy environment for everyone. Bringing friends to the apartment is also not a problem at all and has always resulted in enjoyable evenings. Our neighbors are also very relaxed when it comes to small parties and are tolerant of slightly louder nights.
