The room is around 15 msq. It is very bright since it faces the east side and it receives the morning sun. The room shares a balcony facing the internal courtyard with the other bedroom. There is a table and two chairs to enjoy the summer sun.
The price includes the rent of the room and all the expenses (heat and internet).
The flat is 5 min walking distance from the main square of Goettingen, and several bus stops are very close. Despite the very central position, the building is located in a very calm and silent aerea. Therefore, it is in the best position to enjoy the city center without being affected by noise.
I am Giulia and I will be the second person living in the flat. I am Italian and I am 31 years old. I work as a postdoc researcher in the Max Planck Institute. I usually spend most of the day at work, and in the night i like to cook and watching movies. In the weekends i am often in town, and i like to go out with my friends and sometimes organize dinners with them. I like to have my spaces and moment for me, but i would like to find a person to enjoy the apartment life. I care about cleaning especially in the kitchen and in the bathroom, but for the rest I am very easy going. I am available to meet in person to show the flat and know each other better.
The best moment to enter the flat would be June, but in case I can wait till July. The furniture of the living room will probably change and we need to discuss it together with the new flatmate.
