Das Zimmer ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, da es am Innenhof liegt.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und großer Couch.
Möbiliert ist das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (mit Lattenrost und Matratze), Nachttisch, großem Kleiderschrank, Regalen, einem großen Wandspiegel (perfekt falls du gerne tanzt oder Fashion magst), einem Whiteboard und einer Farbverstellbaren Deckenlampe (der Schreibtisch auf den Bildern wird mitgenommen). Ich würde für die Möbel einen Abschlag von 250€ nehmen.
The room is quiete despite the central location of the flat due to it being positioned at the back of the house next to the backyard.
The kitchen comes fully equipped and we have a big living room with a table where you can eat and a large couch.
The furniture in the room consists of a double bed (including slatted frame and mattress), a nightstand, a large closet, shelves, a large mirror (perfect if you like to dance or if you are into fashion), a whiteboard and a ceiling light with changable colors. I would take 250€ for the furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Innenstadt, etwa 4 Minuten vom Gänseliesel und 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle Kornmarkt entfernt. Ein Rewe befindet sich gleich um die Ecke und ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Kaufland ist etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Wall ist es nur etwa eine Minute und den Campus erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Minuten. In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich des weiteren mehrere Bars, Kunstausstellungen, ein kleines Kino und ein Fitnessstudio.
The flat is located in the city centre approximately 4 minutes away from the Gänseliesel und 2 minutes from the bus stop Kornmarkt. We have a Rewe right around the corner (approx. 2 minute walk) and Kaufland is around 7 minutes away. It only takes a minute to get to the Stadtwall and you can reach the campus in about 7 minutes by bike. We also have a few bars, multiple art exhibitions, a small cinema and a gym in the closest vicinity.
Du wirst hier gemeinsam mit Lena wohnen. Sie macht gerade ihren Master in Physik und ist eine sehr entspannte Mitbewohnerin. Es ist (nach kurzer Absprache) immer willkommen, Freunde da zu haben aber du kannst auch immer Zeit für dich haben, falls du das brauchst. Lena steht viel früher auf als ich, hat mich so aber noch nie geweckt :)
You are going to live here with Lena. She is currently pursuing her Master studies in physics and she is a very relaxed flat mate. (After a short notice) it is always welcome to bring your friends to the flat but you can also always have time for yourself if you need that. Lena wakes up much earlier than I do but has never woken me up :)
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil mit einer Waschmaschine. Außerdem können wir den kleinen Hinterhof mitbenutzen. Um Müll und Reinigung des Flurs müssen wir uns nicht kümmern.

The flat also has a cellar compartment with a laundry maschine. We may use the back yard and we do not have to take care of the trashcans and cleaning the hallway.
