Mein Zimmer wird diesen Sommer zur Zwischenmiete frei: vom 20. Juli bis 20. Oktober.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16 qm groß und mit zwei großen Fenstern zur Straße raus.
Da ich für drei Monate in Indien für ein Praktikum bin bleiben meine Möbel und auch das meiste von meinem Zeugs im Zimmer, werde aber natürlich Platz für dich schaffen ;)
Die Miete (warm) mit allen Nebenkosten ist 334 Euro, kann das bei Interesse auch nochmal in Kalt und Warm genauer angeben :)
Ansonsten noch zu unserer Wohnung: Wir haben eine Küche mit genug Platz (auch wenn es mal eng werden kann), dass man auch mit der WG und Freund:innen kochen kann. Der Ort des Zusammenkommens ist jedoch primär unser Wohn- und Esszimmer!
Noch ganz praktisch für eine 5er WG: Wir haben ein Badezimmer und noch ein weiteres Klo; da kommen wir eigentlich nie in Stress mit Duschen und so :)

My room will be free for sublet this summer from 20 July to 20 October.
The room is about 16 square metres and has two large windows facing the street.
Since I am in India for three months for an internship, my furniture and most of my stuff will stay in the room, but of course I will make room for you ;)
The rent (warm) with all additional costs is 334 euros.
Other things about our flat: We have a kitchen with enough space (even if it can get a bit cramped) so that you can cook with your flatmates and friends. However, our living room is primarily the place where we get together :D
Another practical thing for a WG of 5: we have a bathroom and another toilet, so we never get stressed about showering and such :)
Unsere WG befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt an der Ecke zur Döner-Meile. Daher ist wirklich alles super nah erreichbar; ob Bushaltestellen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (TeGut stolpert man quasi rein und auch zu Rewe und Kaufland ist es mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten), Spätis, der Bahnhof auch mit keinen 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Campus direkt um die Ecke und so weiter und so nah ;)
Was sonst so: Unsere Wohnung ist in der 2. Etage, über uns ist eine WG und unter uns Büro-Räume, die ab frühen Abend nicht mehr genutzt werden, damit ist die ganze Haus-Atmosphäre sehr entspannt.
Our WG is located right in the city centre at the corner of Döner-Meile. This means that everything is really close by; bus stops, various shops (you can practically stumble into TeGut and it's less than 5 minutes by bike to Rewe and Kaufland), Spätis, the train station is also less than a 10-minute walking distance away, the campus is just around the corner and so on ;)
What else: Our flat is on the 2nd floor, above us is a shared flat and below us are office rooms that are no longer used from early evening on, so the whole house atmosphere is very relaxed.
Unser WG-Leben ist von einem schönen miteinander geprägt, bei dem wir alle gerne zusammen im Wohnzimmer sitzen, quatschen, Kaffee oder Tee trinken und was sonst so alles im Alltag anfällt. Den Sommer sind jedoch bereits fest verplant Philipp und ich weg, weshalb unsere beiden Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei werden.
Die anderen Mitbewohnis sind Hannes, Jannes und Elli, die alle in unterschiedlichen Phasen im Studium (zwischen Sozialwissenschaften, Geschlechterforschung, Geschichte und Philosophie) stecken sind vermutlich auch nicht den ganzen Sommer über hier, deswegen lässt sich gerade schwer beschreiben wie das WG-Leben dann so aussehen wird.
Generell wünschen wir uns ein schönes Miteinander, wo sich alle wohlfühlen und genug Raum ist neue Ideen einzubringen, anzusprechen und sich auch Zeit für sich zu nehmen :)
Our WG life is characterised by a nice atmosphere where we all enjoy sitting together in the living room, chatting, drinking coffee or tea and whatever else comes up in everyday life. However, Philipp and I have already planned to be away for the summer, so our two rooms will be available for interim rent.
The other flatmates are Hannes, Jannes and Elli, who are all at different stages of their studies (between social sciences, gender studies, history and philosophy) and probably won't be here for the whole summer, so it's difficult to describe what life in the herewill look like.
In general, we want a an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and there is enough space to contribute new ideas, talk about them and take time for yourself as well :)
