Ich verbringe ein Semester im Ausland, deshalb wird in dieser Zeit mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in absoluter Top-Lage frei. Es hat geräumige 15qm und ist aufgrund des großen Fensters sehr hell und freundlich. 2012 wurde das gesamte Haus frisch saniert und die Wohnung ist komplett möbeliert, so dass dir an nichts fehlen wird :)
Die Küche bietet zusätzliche Gelegenheit, sich mit Freunden zu treffen, gemeinsam zu kochen und zusammenzusitzen. Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenlos benutzt werden und Internet ist auch schon in der Miete enthalten.

Ihr wohnt hier direkt am Zentralcampus! Zu ZHG und Mensa sind es keine 2 Minuten, zur Innenstadt, REWE, LIDL und Co. braucht ihr auch nur wenige Minuten. 30m entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle. Auch zum Hochschulsport fahrt ihr mit dem Rad keine 10 Minuten.
Kurzum: Ihr wohnt in wirklich optimaler Lage!!
Ihr wohnt mit Lisa (25, Medizinstudentin) zusammen, die super nett und unkompliziert ist. Aufgrund ihres Studiums ist sie aber viel in der Uni oder am lernen, weshalb ihr am besten auch nicht die größte Partykönigin sein solltet. Sie freut sich natürlich trotzdem, wenn man mal zusammen am Küchentisch sitzt oder so ne Runde schnackt.
Da die Wohnung vom Studentenwohnheim vermietet wird, müsst ihr unbedingt Studentin sein. Ein- und Auszugstermin sind relativ flexibel, da finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung.
