Ich suche jemanden, der ein 15qm Zimmer oder 23qm Zimmer oder beide mieten will. Das 23qm Zimmer hat eine Terrasse. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 110qm gross mit einer grossen voll ausgestatteter Wohnküche. Die Nebenkosten müssen monatlich bezahlt werden, für die gesamte Wohnung sind 200 Euro. Wenn man weniger als 200 Euro (Strom und Heizung) monatlich benutzt wird, bekommen wir das Geld zurück.
I am looking for someone to rent either a 15 m^2 or a 23 m^2 room, or both. The total size of the apartment is 110 m^2. The 15 m^2 room has 2 windows in the upper side as can be seen in the pictures. The cold rent is 262 Euros. The 23 m^2 room has a terrace and a back sliding glass door as a second entrance. The cold rent is 331 cold. The hallway is fairly large. There is a large closet in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough to fit a couch and a table. The utilities are paid as a total deposit of 200 Euro each month for the entire apartment, and each year we are charged/refunded the difference if we are over/under the amount.

The apartment is located seconds away from a bus stop (8), 4 minutes walking distance to the nearest supermarket (Alnatura, Kaufland, Rewe), and 10 minutes to the Central campus.
