Moin! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer entspannten Studenten-WG für den Zeitraum vom 17.02.16-30.03.16 (1 Monat aber auch möglich) zwischen, weil ich ne längere Reise mache. Du wirst einen privaten Schlafraum mit Bett (11m2) und ein großes Wohn- und Chillzimmer (22m2), welches du dir mit meinem überaus netten Mitbewohner Mats teilst, haben. Ansonsten gibt es eine geräumige Wohnküche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, und ein großes Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Innenstadt mit Kiosk und Supermarkt (sogar sonntags geöffnet!) um die Ecke.
Meine Mitbewohner Yannick, Mats und Wieke (20-26 Jahre alt) sind alles sehr entspannte, interessierte und nette Menschen, mit denen du dich sicher gut verstehen wirst, wenn du ein ebensolcher bist ;-). Wenn du Raucher bist geht das im Hausflur direkt vor unserer Wohnungstür. Und wie gesagt, das mit den Zeiten ist etwas flexibel, wenn das mit den Daten bei Dir nicht genau passt.
Foreigners or non-german-speakers are welcome, too!. Its a shared apartment with a furnished sleeping room and living room for you from 17.02-30.03.2016, but the exact dates are flexible. Its located pretty central and you have all the amenities (supermarket, drug store) close. We have a nice kitchen and bathroom with lots of space. My 3 roommates are really nice people and you will feel welcome, I am sure. Just write me or give me a call and I can tell you some more.
