Da ich auf Reisen bin, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer für 4 Wochen untervermieten. Es ist ca. 13m² groß und hell, voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Fernseher - natürlich alles zur Benutzung freigegeben und überall mit einer freien Ecke für deinen Kram :)
Ansonsten steht dir eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) zur Verfügung, ein zweckmäßiges Bad und eine Waschmaschine im Keller.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Zu Fuß seid ihr in 5 min am Campus und in der Innenstadt und in 10 min am Bahnhof. In der Wohnung selbst ist es trotzdem ruhig und man bekommt wenig mit vom Verkehr vor der Haustür.
Du würdest mit zwei ganz wundervollen Jungs zusammenwohnen. Chrissi und Felix sind beide 25, umgänglich und pflegeleicht, super entspannt und immer für einen Schnack auf dem Küchensofa zu begeistern. Falls du aber lieber deine Ruhe wünschst, wird auch das verstanden und akzeptiert.
