Das 19,5 qm große Zimmer liegt im hinteren Teil der 75 qm großen Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und liegt sehr zentral. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet.
In der Miete von 425€ pro Monat ist alles enthalten (Internet, Strom, Gas, GEZ usw.). Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf euch zu.
The room has 19.5 square metres and is situated in the back of the flat (which has 75 square metres overall). The flat is on the first floor and is located in the heart of Göttingen. The kitchen and the bathroom are ready-furnished. The rent (425€/ month) includes all other expenses (Internet, electricity...) so there'll be no other expenses.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Rewe) erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man fußläufig in 8 Minuten und die Fußgängerzone in 4 Minuten. Zum Zentralcampus braucht man ca. 10 - 12 Minuten.
The flat is located ideally. The closest shop (Rewe) is only two minutes away (by foot), as is the nearest bus stop. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the train station, 4 minutes to the main shopping street and 10-12 to the main university building.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, da es sich nur um eine 2er WG handelt. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Es wird oft gemeinsam gekocht und abends zusammen gesessen. Wenn du jedoch deine Ruhe brauchst, ist das kein Problem. Da das Zimmer in hinteren Teil der Wohnung liegt, ist es ruhig und du wirst nicht gestört.
Life in the flat is very laid-back since there are only two people living there. Your future flatmate is uncomplicated and very lovely. We often cook and eat together in the evening. If you feel like having some peace and quiet, though, that is not a problem. The free room is in the back of the flat and you would therefore be undisturbed
