I am searching for a pleasant person to share the house for 2 months starting from 1 of February till 1 of April with a high possibility of extension of the staying. The house is fully equipped so there is no need for buying any new things. It is located in a very convenient neighborhood since it is very central but not in the main streets of the center so its not that loud during the day or night. There is a washing machine, an oven, fridge and all the appropriate kitchen equipment. In case that someone wants to store some of the things that he/she doesn't need there is storage room with enough space.
The room is 15 m2 and fully furnished and the whole house is 50 m2. There is a bed , a desk, a cupboard (one more in the storage room in case that is needed) and It has three windows that look in the main street.
The location is in the very center of the city.The train station is 8 minutes away on feet .The Markt bus station is 2 minutes away and the Weender Bus Station (for the Nord-Uni) is 4 minutes away. The closest supermarket is 2 minutes away (Netto) and there are many restaurants , banks , bookstores in the neighborhood.
There is a big possibility of extension of the staying for more months.
