Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG. Die Wohnung ist schon komplett ausgestattet, sodass Du Dich nur um dein zukünftiges Zimmer kümmern musst. Die Wohnung verfügt über Holzlaminat und ein Lichtbad. Dein Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist nicht einmal 100m vom Markt entfernt. Dadurch kann man alles zu Fuß gut erlaufen oder hat perfekte Anbindungen durch die supernahe Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage, wodurch sie trotz Zentrumsnähe relativ ruhig ist.
In der WG leben Martín (26), Promovierender in theoretischer Chemie, und Salvador (23), Physik- und Mathestudent. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre, aber wir quatschen auch gern einmal über Politik, Philosophie oder was sonst noch so ansteht. Wenn Du eine entspannte und ordentliche Person bist, dann freuen wir uns, wenn Du Dich bei uns meldest und wir Dich kennenlernen können.
Die Gesamtkosten für das Zimmer liegen bei 260€/Monat. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du schon ab Montag einziehen könntest. Dann würden wir uns mit dem Geld für Februar arrangieren.
