Ich glaube die Bilder sprechen für sich. Dir würden 4 kleine Zimmer gehören inkl Küche. Insgesamt ist der Bereich 40qm groß. Also mäßig Platz! Du hast so gut wie dein eigenes Reich. Nur das Bad wird geteilt mit einem sehr netten entspannten Mitbewohner. Eine eigene Toilette hast du aber sogar noch direkt auf dem Flur neben der Wohnung. Das Bad ist leider eine Etage höher aber das hat mich nie gestört. Es hat vielleicht etwas Wohnheim Charakter oder anders herum man hat fast eine komplett eigene Wohnung. ;)
Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in der Innenstadt. Zum Bus nur 3 Minuten zum z Campus mit dem Rad zu 5 und zum Klinikum 10 Minuten. Supermark, Café und Bars sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Straße ist eine Einbahnstraße und dementsprechend sehr ruhig für die Innenstadt um die so einer super Lage. Man ist auch schnell im Park oder Wald falls man mal etwas Natur braucht.
Wir sind beide viel unterwegs und arbeiten schon. Wir haben eine Putzplan für das Bad und sonst ist alles recht unkompliziert. Für Kaffee oder abends einem Wein ist aber auch mal Zeit wenn man Lust hat. Außerdem wohnt noch eine nette Mädels wg mit im Haus zu denen wir auch guten Kontakt haben.
Am besten Uhr schreibt mir eine Mail dann können wir alles weitere klären. Im Notfall wäre es auch möglich ab dem 1.5. zu mieten.
The apartment got 40qm everything you need, direkly in the City centre of Göttingen. Its ideal for 1 Person or a couple. Its a quite house with other Students and Familys.Directly in the City centre not far a way from the bus stop. Only 10 Minuits by bike to the clinic. Restraurants, Cafes and Shopping possibilities are right around the corner. It is an old flat so the bathroom is still on the hallway. You have got your own toilet right besides the apartment. The big bathroom with shower and washing Maschine is upstairs and will be shared with a very nice young man who is working a lot. We got a house caring plan for the bathroom. It's nearly like having a flat mate. If you ever have any problems or need anything you can always ask him. Everything is very uncomplicated.
