Ein kleines ca 10 m² großes Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster.
In der Wohnung gibt es sonst ein Bad mit Dusche, einen kleinen Flur der auch als Esszimmer dient, und eine Miniküche mit Kochzeile.
Darüber hinaus hat die Wohnung noch ein identisch geschnichttenes zweites Zimmer in dem dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner wohnt.
Direkt in Zentral-Campus nähe, keine 3 Gehminuten vom Zentralen Hörsaal gebäude entfernt. In fast ebensoweiter Entfernung liegt ein Rewe und direkt danach noch ein Lidl. Ansonsten gibt es in der nähe eine Tankstelle, einen Penny und einen Aliman.
Es sind auch mehrere Bushaltestellen in der nähe von denen man gut zum Nordcampus oder in Richtung Innenstadt kommt (letzteres aber nicht nötig, da diese direkt hinterm Campus liegt, also keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß)
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner studiert Physik im 4. Semester, ist 21 Jahre alt, und ist ein sehr offener Kontaktfreudiger Mensch, der gerne auch mal was mit Freunden unternimmt und auch mal auf der einen oder anderen ZHG oder Kellnerwegsparty anzutreffen ist, aber den solltest du am besten selber kennen lernen :)
