Ich muss leider mein tolles Zimmer aufgeben weil ich ein Praktikum nächstes Jahr mache. Deshalb suche ich eine/n geeignete/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer. Über das Ein-/Auszugdatum lässt sich noch diskutieren. Ich wohne in einem Wohnheim mit Gemeinschaftsbad/-küche und das möblierte 25qm Zimmer und die Benutzung des Bads und Küche kosten 300 Euro warm. Alles Wichtige (z.B. Waschmaschine, extra Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer, etc) ist enthalten in den zwei großen Küchen, Bädern und im Keller. Wie du dein Leben in meinem Zimmer gestaltest, überlasse ich dir. Mir ist es hauptsächlich wichtig, dass du ordentlich bist und das Zimmer so hinterlässt, wie ich es dir überlasse. Man sollte vielleicht beachten, dass mehrere Leute auf der Etage wohnen und deswegen man auf die Lautstärke hin und wieder achten sollte.

Unfortunately I have to give up my room because of an internship next year. That is the reason why I'm looking for a tenant. The move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be discussed. I'm living in a residential accommodation with a common kitchen and bathroom. The furnished 25sqm room and the usage of bathroom and kitchen has the monthly rent of 300 Euros. There are two kitchen, bathrooms and a basement with all the important stuff (f.ex.: washing machine, extra fridge and microwave in the room, etc). Tidiness is very important to me but apart from that you are free to live your life the way you like in my room, with the condition that the room will be given back to me, the way I left it behind. It should be considered that there are many other people in the hallway, so maybe it should be taken care of the noise.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Das Wohnheim ist perfekt gelegen mit dem Wilhelmsplatz (Willy) direkt vor der Nase. Für die, die es nicht kennen: Ein grüner Bereich zum Chillen mit Dönerladen, Pizzeria und Subway direkt in der Innenstadt. Das bedeutet, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist:
- Zentralcampus (ca 10 min zu Fuß)
- REWE, Kaufland, Netto, Tegut (ca 5 min zu Fuß)
- Bars und Clubs (ca 5 min zu Fuß)
- Theater, Junges Theater, Stadthalle (ca 5 min zu Fuß)
The location of the residential accommodation couldn't be better! It is nearby a place called Wilhelmsplatz / Willy. It's a famous green place in the city centre with a subway, a pizzeria and so on. It's a great spot and people come there to chill. Everything important is within walking distance:
- central campus of the University (10 min)
- shopping centre (5 min)
- bars and clubs (5 min)
- theatre (5 min)
Hier darfst du dir dein WG-Leben aussuchen: Du hast die Wahl dich zurückzuziehen in deinem Zimmer oder eben spontan Leute in der Küche anzutreffen. Hier wohnen Menschen aus verschiedenen Studiengängen, Altersklassen und Herkünften. Es ist bunt gemischt und es finden sich immer interessante Gespräche und vielleicht auch neue Freundschaften. Aber alles ist mega entspannt und kein Muss! Dadurch dass es zwei Küchen und Bäder gibt, hatte ich noch nie das Problem von Überfüllung oder dass ich warten musste. Es gibt auch genug Momente wo du die Küche oder das Bad für dich alleine hast.

Here you can choose your flat sharing life: You have the choice to stay reserved in your room or you can meet spontaneously new people in the kitchen. In this house people from different studies, age groups and origins live together. It is mixed colorfully and you have the opportunity of interesting talks and new friendships. But everything is relaxed and there is no force! Because of the two kitchen and bathrooms there is no problem with overfilled places. There was never the situation that I needed to wait to get my turn because there are also enough moments where you have the kitchen and bathroom all by yourself.
