Da ich ab Anfang September im Ausland bin und suche ich deswegen einen/eine Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, die Göttinger Einkaufspassage ist ums Eck und die Supermärkte (REWE, Kaufland etc. ) sind auch nur 1 Minute tops entfernt. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung eine große Terasse, worauf die letzten Atemzüge des Sommers noch genossen werden können.
Die Küche bietet das nötigste. Das Wohhnzimmer ist direkt angrenzend und ist zugleich und die Pforte zur Terasse.
Mein Mitbewohner ist ein äußerst entspannter Poiltikvernarrter Bursche, den du den Tag über tatsächlich eher seltener zu Gesicht bekommst.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben der Küche und ist an warmen Tagen stets kühl, da es im Schatten liegt. Wir leben zwar direkt in der Innenstadt, haben aber immer Ruhe, da wir in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegen.
Außerdem wohnen wir über einem Kiosk.
Auf Wunsch auch möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal)
Starting september I will be out of town.
The flat is situated spot on in the city center, about 50 m from the central square. All shopping oppotunities (including supermarkets) are just around the corner. So are bars, discos and even a alternative cinema is just a 5 minute walk away.
We however live in a small sideroad, meaning the evenings are always calm and quite (unless you decide to use our a terasse for a small get-together)
As written, we have a large terasse. The room youll be living in small and cosy, i can remove most of my junk so youll have more space. Bed and desk will however have to stay in the room.
The flatmate is of a calm nature, likes to keep to himself at times.
