Mit schwerem Herzen biete ich mein vollmöbliertes wunderschönes Zimmer für einen/e Nachmieter/in an, da ich Ende Feb. 2021 umziehe.
Das Zimmer ist völlig möbliert und liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Straße am Rande der Innenstadt. Trotzdem erreicht man die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß / in 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle (Walkemühlenweg). Das Zimmer wird von der Martin Luther Evangelische Gemeinschaft verwaltet, hat jedoch nichts mit der Kirche zu tun. Für Studenten ist die WG perfekt, weil es günstig, ruhig, und möbliert ist.
Die Küche ist groß und hat eine neue Herdplatte und einen Ofen sowie drei Kühlschränke zur Mitbenutzung. Jeder hat sein eigenes Schließfach, das er auch zuschließen kann. Wir haben drei Toiletten (1 Kabine für Frauen/2 für Männer) und zwei Duschkabinen, was für 10 Personen völlig ausreicht. Reinigungskraft kommt zweimal die Woche putzen (Flur, WC, Badezimmer, Küche, Bodenwischen, Müllentsorgung). Das ist schon in der Miete inklusive.
Das Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch, 1 großen Schrank (3 Schließfächer), Waschbecken, Bett mit Lattenrost (90X200 cm), Spiegel, Bürostuhl und Tischlampe. Das Internet ist sehr stabil, weil es über LAN-Verbindung kommt. WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Das Wohnheim hat auch einen überdachten Bereich zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern, somit dein Fahrrad sicher und trocken bleibt. Es gibt auch einen ganz kleinen Garten, den Man mitbenutzen kann.

With a heavy heart I offer my fully furnished beautiful room for a new tenat, as I will move out by the end of feb. 2021.
The room is fully furnished and located in a quiet and nice street on the edge of the city center. Nevertheless, you can reach the city center in 5 minutes on foot / in 1 minute to the bus stop (Walkemühlenweg). The room is managed by the Martin Luther Evangelical Community but has nothing to do with the church. For students, the flat is perfect because it is cheap, quiet, and furnished.
The kitchen is large and has a new hob and oven and three shared refrigerators. Everyone has his/her own locker, which they can lock. We have three toilets (1 cabin for women / 2 for men) and two shower cabins, which is enough for 7 people. Cleaner comes twice a week (hallway, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, wiping the floor, garbage disposal). That is already included in the rent.
The room has a desk, 1 large closet (3 lockers), sink, bed with slatted frame (90X200 cm), mirror, office chair and table lamp. The internet is very stable because it connects via LAN. Wi-Fi is available. The dorm also has a covered area for parking bicycles, so your bike stays safe and dry. There is also a very small garden that you can share.
Lage
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich in der wunderschönen Südstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeitein: Kaufland (5 Minuten zu Fuß), und die Innenstadt, zahlreiche Kneipen, Restaurants (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Kiesee und die Eiswiese sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestellen Walkemühlenweg (1 Min), Geismar Tor (5 Min) und Bürgerstraße (4 Min) sind sehr nah. Zum Campus braucht man nur wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Alles, was man braucht wie Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

The house is located in the beautiful Südstadt (south of the city) Shops: Kaufland (5 minute walk), and the city center, numerous bars, restaurants (5 minute walk) are easily within reach. The Kiesee and Eiswiese are within a 10-15 minute walk. The bus stops Walkemühlenweg (1 Min), Geismar Tor (5 min) and Bürgerstraße (4 min) are very close. The university is only a few minutes away by bike.
The area is very quiet and safe. Everything you need such as shops, bars and restaurants are nearby in the inner city.
WG-Leben
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr locker und da alle Studenten sind, haben sie einen ähnlichen Lebensstil. Man trifft sich in der Küche und kocht zusammen und trinkt Bier oder Kaffee, aber jeder hat natürlich auch seine Privatsphäre. Die Mitbewohner kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Deswegen wird Englisch sowie Deutsch gesprochen.

The flatmates in our WG are very laid back, and since they are all students, they have a similar lifestyle. We meet in the kitchen to cooking together, drink a beer or coffee, but everyone has of course his/her own privacy when they want. The flatmates come from different countries. Therefore, English and German are the main languages spoken.
Meine eigene Stereoanlage, Scanner, Drucker und andere Sachen lasse ich für die Mitbenutzung.
My own Stereo, Scanner, Printer and other Stuff are for sharing.
