Tolles, helles 17qm-Zimmer in gemischter WG mitten in der Göttinger Innenstadt / Nice and bright room (17 square meters) in shared flat in Goettingen city center

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. In der Theaterstraße liegt sie in einer schönen und verkehrsruhigen Straße mitten in der Innenstadt. Geschäfte, Boutiquen und Restaurants - alles in Gehweite. Am Ende der Straße findet sich auch das Göttinger Theater sowie der Botanische Garten. Zentralcampus und Hauptbahnhof sind jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist keine Gehminute von der Haustür entfernt.

The flat is located in an unbeatable location. Theaterstraße is a beautiful street with low traffic intesity in the city center of Goettingen, at which's end the Theatre of Goettingen and the old botanic garden are located. Several shops, boutiques and restaurants are all within walking distance. The central campus and the main station are only a 10 minutes walk away. The next bus stop is only a minute walk away.

Bisher gibt es nur zwei potenzielle neue Mitbewohner, da gleich drei unserer bisherigen Mitbewohner auf einen Schlag ausziehen. Beste Voraussetzungen also für eine Quasi-WG-Neugründung und sich kennenzulernen! Bisher in der WG leben und bleiben werden Maurice, er ist 21 und holt grade an der Abendschule sein Abi nach um dann voll in sein geplantes Informatikstudium starten zu können. Und ich, Ann, 25 und Doktorandin in Economics an der Uni Göttingen.

Da wir bereits eine gewisse Altersbandbreite abdecken sind wir offen für jeden zwischen 20 und 35, männlich oder weiblich. Hauptsache ist für uns ein gewisses Interesse an gemeinsamem WG-Leben, wie zusammen kochen, etwas trinken oder auch gerne mal aus gehen. (Grundsätzlich sind wir natürlich auch für eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit, was aber mit einem einfachen Putzplan und ein bisschen Aufgabenteilung bisher gut funktioniert.) Trotz verschiedener Tagesabläufe freuen wir uns immer, jemanden in der WG anzutreffen und einen Tratsch in der Küche zu halten oder sich auf ein Bierchen zusammenzusetzen. Auch das mit dem Bad klappt dank unterschiedlicher Aufstehzeiten bisher wunderbar.

Right now there are only two people living in the flat since three of our flat mates are moving out simultaneously. So best prerequisite for founding a new flat-sharing community and getting to know each other! Remaning in the flat and your potential new flat mates are Maurice, 21 years old and currently finishing his high school diploma at evening school in order to start his studies in computer science in Goettingen. And me, Ann, 25 years old and currently a doctoral student and academic staff in economics at the University of Goettingen.

We are open for potential new flatmates between 20 and 35 years of age since we already cover quite a range of ages. To us, the most important aspect is a certain interest in a common life in the shared flat, like cooking or having a nice drink together or a games night. Generally we also enjoy a certain level of tidiness and cleanness, which should be managable with mutual consideration and a cleaning plan. Though we have quite different daily routines we appreciate having our flatmates around, meeting in the kitchen for a talk or a shared beer. Sharing a bathroom works pretty well due to quite different awakening times.
