ich ziehe bald aus und biete deswegen mein gemütliches Zimmer an. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m^2 groß, hell und mit einem schönen Blick aus dem Fenster auf den Stadtwall. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Ikea Bücherregal, Wäschekorb und Stehlampe. Das alles würde ich gerne im Zimmer lassen und möchte dafür 100€ haben. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 350€ (inkl. Strom, Internet, GEZ).

since I am moving out, we are looking for a new female flatmate. The room is 15sqm, very bright and with a nice view to the city wall. The room is equipped with everything needed: bed, closet, Ikea bookshelf, laundry basket, table and a floor lamp. I would like to leave these things in the room in exchange for 100€. The total rent is 350€ (incl. electricity, internet and radio fees).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: die Uni ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bahnhof ist fast vor der Tür und die Bars, Restaurants, Rewe, Imbiss-Läden, Spätis sind in weniger als in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
The flat is located very central. The University is 7 minutes away by walking, the central station is very close and can be even seen from the window. Bars, restaurants, groceries, late shops are reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Lorena. Sie ist 35 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Biochemikerin an der Uni. Sie ist sehr offen, freundlich und hat einen guten Humor. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und gehen regelmäßig Essen/Trinken oder verbringen auch einen ruhigen Abend mit Glas Wein zu Hause.
Your flatmate is Lorena. She is 35 and works as a biochemistrist at the University. She is a very open and friendly person with a good sense of humor. We do not just live together but we also go out to bars and restaurants or spend a calm evening together with a glass of wine at home.
Wie schon erwähnt, die Möbel möchte ich nicht mitnehmen. Von daher suche ich nach einer Mitbewohnerin, die bereit wäre, das alles insgesamt gegen 100€ zu übernehmen.
As already mentioned, I would like to leave the furniture in the room. Therefore, I am looking for a person who would take over it for 100€ in total.
