Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 25 m2 groß und ist mit einem schönen Holzfußboden ausgestattet und einem großen Fenster, das nach Südosten geht. Aus diesem Zimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon, der zur WG gehört und genug Platz bietet für ein Frühstück in der Sonne oder ein Raucherstündchen am Abend. Aus diesem Zimmer gibt es eine Tür in das Nachbarzimmer, die haben wir aber mit Glaswolle verschlossen. Gegenüber befindet sich die Küche mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und Esstisch. In der kleinen aber feinen Küche ist genug Platz, um zusammen zu kochen und mit ein paar Leuten zusammen am Tisch zu sitzen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten, der vom gesamten Haus genutzt wird und wo wir im Sommer gelegentlich grillen. Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit, ein paar Sachen oder Fahrräder unterzustellen. Für Fahrräder ist aber auch vor der Tür Platz.
The room is c.a. 25 m2, has a wooden floor and a nice big windows at the sunny side of the building (south-east). Attached to the room you find the balcony of the flat, which gives enough space for a breakfast in the sun. Opposite the room we have a kitchen with a washing machine, electric oven, table and refrigerator. The small but nice kitchen offers enough space to cook together and sit at the table with a few people. In the bathroom we have a bathtub. Outside there is a garden which is shared with the whole house, in the summer we do bbqs there. In the basement we have a room where you can store all your unnecessary stuff or bikes, but there is also a parking place for bikes outside which is usually used.
Unsere WG ist nah am Zentralcampus, Innenstadt und Sportzentrum gelegen. Zum Nordcampus sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Bäcker, Apotheke und Kiosk. Rewe, Edeka und Penny sind im Abstand von 5 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Menschen die gerne ruhig schlafen, nachts kann man gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Da die meisten Menschen in unserer Gegend arbeiten, hört man selten etwas nach 11 Uhr abends.
The room is located close to the Unisport and central campus (5 min biking), the citicentre is also close (8 min biking). To the Northcampus I usually bike in 10 mins. The bakery is located within 3 mins walking.
It is a perfect room for people who like to sleep calm, at night you only hear the distant noises of passing cars with open windows. Furthermore, as the most people in the house are working, you do not hear your neighbours after 11 p.m.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Damit wir uns wohlfühlen, habe wir es gerne sauber, deshalb gibt es einen Putzplan. :) Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Katha (28) und Anja (25) sind Deutsch. Katha arbeitet im international office und Anja studiert Psychologie. Anja macht Yoga, spielt Fussball und lädt gerne zu einer Zigarette auf dem Balkon ein. Gerne verabreden wir uns zu gemeinsamen Stunden mit kochen, Wein und Gesellschaftsspielen. Man trifft sich auch mal spontan aber das klappt dann nicht immer.
The WG life is relaxed. To feel at home we like the flat to be clean, that's why we have a cleaning schedule. :) My roommates Katha (28) and Anja (25) are German, they work at the Uni and study. Katha works in the international office and Anja studies psychology. Anja is interested yoga, plays soccer and like to invite for a cigarettes on the balcony. The best way to meet up with your roommates is to organize a diner or an evening with wine and boardgames. Of course we also meet spontaneously but that does not always work.
Ich biete mein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich selber für zwei Monate nach außerhalb ziehe. Leider ist nur eine Zwischenmiete möglich.
I offer my room for two months, since I myself move abroad for this while. We cannot offer a longer rental.
