Hallo :) Ich bin auf der Suche für einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Wohnheim in der Friedrichstraße 3. Das ist Zimmer ist hell, hat hohe Decken und bietet durch das eingebaute Hochbett viel Platz!
Das Wohnheim liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Wilhelmsplatz und die Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist der Zentralcampus in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Sofa, sowie die Lampe und Vorhänge, auf den Fotos können gerne übernommen werden :)
Im Mietpreis ist bereits alles enthalten (auch Internet). Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es außerdem Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Die gemeinsame Küche und die Duschen werden mehrmals pro Woche von einer Putzfrau gereinigt.
