Kleines, feines Zimmer in unserer linken 10er WG

Unser schönes altes Haus befindet sich in zentraler Lage und ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Leine, der Innenstadt und dem Bahnhof entfernt.
Der große Garten im hinteren Bereich des Hauses bietet ausreichend platz für ausgiebiges Sonnenbaden, grillen oder geselliges Beisamensein.
Die gemütliche Küche lädt ein kulinarische Höhepunkte zu erreichen und das riesige Wohnzimmer lockt an kalten Tagen mit Filmabenden oder Brettspielen.

Wir organisieren uns im Haus durch ein regelmäßig stattfindendes Plenum und versuchen uns die im Haus anfallenden Arbeiten gleichmäßig aufzuteilen.
Zurzeit steht im Raum das Haus vom Eigentümer zu kaufen und dadurch eine dauerhafte Selbstverwaltung zu ermöglichen. Hierfür ist es notwendig, das alle an diesem Prozess mitwirken und die Arbeit auf möglichst vielen Schultern verteilt ist. Keine Angst: Finanziell muss sich am Hauskauf NICHT beteiligt werden.
Du solltest motiviert sein Teil unseres Hausprojekts zu werden, selbständig Verantwortung übernehmen und bereit sein dich einzubringen.

Our beautiful old house is centrally located, and very close to the city centre, the leine as well as the train station. All of them are walking distance, or a short bike ride away. There is a bus stop right outside the house.

We have a huge garden in the back, which is a space for gathering as much sunlight as you wish, whenever the skies permit! Or if you’re in the mood for a small or a large get-together, with some barbequing or general chilling, the garden is the space for you.


In the kitchen, you have a very cozy space, where great culinary masterpieces are created on a regular basis, or else fruits are consumed at alarmingly fast rates!

The large living room is the place for the colder part of the year, when movie nights or board games, or just a shared drink are common. We sometimes have bands and friends crashing, so watch your step, in case some sleepy legs come in your way!

We are a self-organized house, with the regular plenum as a platform to discuss different tasks in the house, as well as issues relating to the house and housemates. We buy our food together, and the weekly shopping is shared between us. We are currently in the process of buying the house from the current owner, which will allow us to have greater autonomy over the living space. It is important that whoever chooses to apply is willing to involve themselves in the process as we need everyone to come together for this to happen, successfully.

Further, while many of us are students, this is not a criterion for searching for housemates, at the moment, as we would like to meet people from different sections of society.
