Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an (15.01.19-15-08.19), da ich meine Masterarbeit in Kanada schreiben werde.
Es handelt sich um ein 11qm großes Zimmer ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch und mehreren Kommoden.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es ein Wohnzimmer (17qm) welches den Kern unserer gemütlichen Wohnung ausmacht. Dort befindet sich ein Sofa, ein Esstisch und meistens auch deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Ronja.
Ronja macht zur Zeit ihren Master in "Developmental Neural and Behavioral Biology". Wir kochen oft zusammen oder sitzen im Wohnzimmer und quatschen. Es handelt sich also definitiv nicht um eine Zweck-Wg.
Hinter dem Haus hast du deinen eigenen Parkplatz und kannst dein Fahrrad abstellen. Im Preis ist Strom, Internet, der Parkplatz, aber noch kein GEZ enthalten.

Since I will be writing my master's thesis in Canada, I am currently looking for a short term flat mate for our apartment (15th January - August 15th)
The room measures about 11 sq.mtrs. and is located directly in the city center. It includes a bed, a desk and some chest of drawers. The flat offers a tiny kitchen and a living room (17 sq.mtrs.) with a couch and a big dining table. Here, you can often find Ronja, your future flat mate. She studies "Developmental Neural and Behavioral Biology".
You have an own parking spot behind the house.
