Ein sehr helles großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Trotz Innenstadt ist es ruhig, da die zwei Fenster Richtung Dachterasse gerichtet sind. Gesucht wird Zwischenmieter(in) mit möglicher Übernahme, da ich dieses Semster erstmal Reisen bin. Danach weiß ich noch nicht genau, wo mich mein Leben mich so hintreibt ;)
Die Schränke werde ich diese Woche noch leer Räumen, die restlichen Möbel bleiben. Das sind ein 1,4x2,0m Bett, ein Sofa, Regal, ein großer Schrank und ein großer Fernseher (der sich aber nur zum Dvd schauen eignet..).
Very bright, quiet, furnished room with private bathroom. Two windows overlook the terasse. Just looking for someone to temporarily take over my room for the time I will be travelling this semester. It may be possible to take over the room permanently.
Sehr zentral, mit dem Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Dort könnt ihr Dienstags, Donnerstags und Samstag traumhaft einkaufen gehen, oder Sonntags ist dort alle paar Wochen auch ein Flohmarkt. Kaufland, Rewe und Alnatura sind alle innerhalb 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. 15 min zu Fuß bis zum Unicampus. (Für die Medis sind es 10 min mit dem Rad zum Klinik und Naturwissenschaftler brauchen 20 min mit dem Rad bis zum Nordcampus)
very central, the weekly market is just outside the front door three times a week. Kaufland, Rewe and Alnatura are all within five minutes by foot. North campus is 20 minutes by bike and the Clinic is 10 minutes by bike.
Wir leben in einer gemischten 4er WG, wo die meisten studieren, aber auch teilweise arbeiten. Auch wenn wir uns manchmal ein paar Tage nicht sehen, weil alle andere Tagesrythmen haben, kochen wir tortzdem recht häufig zusammen, oder schauen in unserem Wohnzimmer auf der Leimwand gemeinsam einen Film. Oft sitzen wir auch ungezwungen bei einem Tee oder Bierchen in der Küche zusammen und quatschen ...ein sehr entspanntes Wg-Leben :)
Were a mixed group of students. We often spend an evening cooking or watching a movie together, or share a cup of tea, even a glass of wine. An international group, often we cook vegetarian, members of foodsharing.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März frei, mit flexiblen Auszugsdatum. Eine mögliche Übernahme würden wir dann in einem halben Jahr nochmal besprechen. Wer interesse hat, bitte anschreiben. Nebenkosten beinhalten unsere WG Internet und Netflix.
Room is available starting March 1rst. End date is flexible, so pelase contact me. It could be possible to take over the room permanently. Costs include all costs including internet and a shared Netflix account.
