Unsere helle und gemütliche Wohnung ist in einem schönen Fachwerkhaus direkt in der Innenstadt. Sie hat eine große Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und zwei Zimmer. Dein Zimmer ist möbliert und hat alles was ein Zimmer so braucht: einen Kleiderschrank, ein großes Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und einen Sessel. Die Wohnung hat direkten Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse, auf der wir im Sommer gern mal grillen und Tomaten anpflanzen. Die Miete ist inklusive Internet und allen Nebenkosten.
Our bright and comfortable flat is in a pretty house right in the city center. The flat has a big kitchen, a bathroom and two rooms. Your room is furnished. It has a closet, a big bed, a desk and a chair. The flat has direct access to the terrace which is perfect for summer barbecues and planting some vegetables. The rent includes costs for internet.
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt - Bushaltestellen sind super nah, der REWE direkt gegenüber. Da die Fenster alle zum Hinterhof zeigen, ist es trotz der Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig.
The appartment is directly in the city center - bus stops are very close and REWE is right across the street. As all the windows point in the backyard, it is very quiet.
Ich wohne nun schon seit einigen Jahren in Göttingen, weil ich hier Biologie studiert habe. Ich spiele Klavier und Geige (keine Sorge, mit dem Dämpfer ist sie sehr sehr leise ;) ), bin gerne kreativ und mache gerne Sachen draußen in der Natur - von Wandern bis Skifahren. Im Moment mache ich meine Doktorarbeit im Labor, weshalb ich untertags nicht zu Hause bin. Unser WG-Leben können wir gerne gemeinsam gestalten - sich abends zusammensetzen, mal einen Film zusammen anschauen oder Freunde in unsere wunderschöne Küche einladen!
I live in Göttingen already since quite some time, as I studied biology here. I love playing the piano and violin, enjoy handcrafting and like doing outdoor activities, especially hiking and skiing. I am doing a PhD in the lab, so during the day I am not at home. Sharing a flat also means living together - I like chatting in the kitchen, maybe watching a movie together and inviting friends to our wonderful kitchen!
Wenn du an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, schreib doch ein bisschen mehr über dich! Das Zimmer ist momentan zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar (bis Ende Oktober), da meine Mitbewohnerin beruflich aus Göttingen weg muss. Danach kann der Vertrag jedoch verlängert werden (unbefristet), sie wird dann nur einige ihrer Möbel mitnehmen.
In case you are interested in the room, please text me and tell me a bit more about yourself! The room is right now available for subletting (until end of October), but there is the possibility of extending it (without a limit) afterwards. My flatmate will just take some of her furniture after the subletting ends.
