Ich biete zur Zwischenmiete 2 Zimmer meiner netten 3-Zimmerwohnung an, da ich zurzeit weit ausserhalb von Göttingen arbeite. Die Wohnung bietet sich besonders für Studenten an, die zu zweit wohnen möchten. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit Kochherd, Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile sowie Tisch und Stühlen. Die beiden Wohnzimmer sind 13 bzw. 12 m² groß und unmöbliert. Im kleinen Wohnzimmer sind Plisses angebracht. Ich werde etwa jedes 2. Wochenende in der Wohnung sein. Die Kosten für Strom und Gas liegen derzeit bei 121€, können sich aber bei sparsamen Verbrauch verringern.
I'm offering two rooms of my 3 room apartment for job related reasons. The apartment is convenient especially for students who wants to live in pairs. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with stove, fridge and kitchenette plus table and chairs. The living rooms are 13 m² and respectively 12 m² without furniture. In the smaller room are plissés at the windows. I will be in the apartment about every second weekend. The costs for electricity and gas are 121€ at the time.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schön gelegenen ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Innenstadt und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
Das Angebot richtet sich an einen Studenten oder eine Studentin, die vorübergehend eine nette Unterkunft suchen.
