Das Zimmer ist 13.5 qm groß, hat eine hohe Decke und die Fenster sind nach Süden raus. Die Wände sind relativ frisch gestrichen und der Boden besteht aus dunklem Laminat
The room has 13.5 square meters, a tall ceiling and the windows are to the south side. Walls were painted recently.
Das Haus ist sehr nah an der Innestadt gelegen, zum Bahnhof sind es weniger als 5 min mit dem Rad und zum Z-Campus etwa 5-10 min mit dem Rad. Außerdem liegt das Haus an einer Hauptstraße, da das Zimmer aber auf der abgewandten Seite liegt, ist es trotzdem relativ ruhig.
The House is situated near the city center, the trainstation is reachable in less than 5 min and the main campus in 5-10 min. The House is next to a main road but because the room is on the opposite side it is relatively calm anyways.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Frederik und Lina. Frederik studiert Politikwissenschaften an der Uni und spielt Fussball. Lina macht gerade ein FSJ, isst vegetarisch und lebt mit ihrer Katze Inky und ihren Pflanzen in der Wohnung. Bisher hat man sich Abends gerne mal zum Kochen und für Gesellschaftsspiele verabredet und am Wochenende wird auch manchmal gemeinsam gefrühstückt.
Your new flatmates are Frederik and Lina. Frederik studies political science and plays football, Lina does a Social Year, is vegetarian and lives with her cat Inky and her plants in the apartment. We sometimes met in the evenings for cooking or playing board games. Also on the weekends we take breakfast together when we all wake up early enough:D
In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer und Lina hat eine schöne Sitzecke mit Sofa und Pflanzen draussen angelegt.
Der Abschlag ist für den Fernseher, die Waschmaschine, Küche(mit Spülmaschine) und den ganz neuen Kühlschrank.
Die Wohnung ist also mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
The apartment has a big living room and Lina made a nice plays outside with a couch and some plants.
The 300€ are for the TV, washing machine, dish washer, kitchen and the very new fridge.
