Das Zimmer ist Teil einer netten 3er WG im Erdgeschoss, ist L- förmig geschnitten und um die 17qm groß. Es hat 2 Fenster, eins zum Garten raus und das Highlight des Zimmers, ein großes Bogenfenster, zum Stadtwall raus. Der Einzug wäre auch ab dem 6.3. möglich.
The room is part of a 3 person flatshare on the ground floor. It's L-shaped and about 17m2 in size. It has two windows, one facing the garden and, my personal highlight of the room, a round window, facing the Stadtwall.
Die WG liegt super zentral, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Z- Campus entfernt, direkt neben dem Auditorium und am Anfang der Innenstadt. Supermarkt, Apotheke und Drogeriemarkt sind direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ein Zahnarzt ist direkt über uns. Wie überall in der Göttinger Innenstadt, ist eigentlich alles zu Fuß und auf jeden Fall mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Da unsere Wohnung aber zum Stadtwall raus geht und nicht zur Fußgängerzone ist es schön still. Der Wall bietet sich auch super zum joggen oder spazieren gehen an.
Außerdem haben wir einen schönen Garten, um den sich aber der Hausmeister kümmert, du brauchst dich also nicht ums Rasen mähen o.Ä. kümmern.
The apartment is super central, 3 walking minutes from the central campus and right next to the Auditorium. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a drugstore are right on the other side of the street. There is a dentist in the same building. Anything else you might possibly need can be reached walking or at least by bike.
Even though the flat is close to the pedestrian zone, because it faces the Stadtwall it is still fairly quiet. The Wall and the garden belonging to the building offer a bit of nature, which I enjoyed especially in summer.
Du würdest mit Elise und ab April auch wieder mit Xiaohao zusammen leben, beide studieren schon mehr oder weniger lange in Göttingen, Elise Sprachwissenschaften und Englisch und Xiaohao Philosophie im Master. Das WG-Leben hat sich immer entspannt spontan ergeben. Wir kochen alle gerne und viel und das manchmal auch zusammen. Sonst reden wir in der Küche, gehen zusammen spazieren oder machen auch mal Sport. Die beiden sind auf jeden Fall für viele Aktivitäten zu motivieren.
You will share the flat with Elise and Xiaohao who both study in here in Göttingen, Elise linguistics and english and Xiaohao a masters in philosophy. Both are very relaxed and always up for spontaneous activities. We all enjoy cooking, sometimes together. Other than that we meet in the kitchen, enjoy chatting, going for walks together or sometimes doing sports. Elise and Xiaohao can definitely be motivated to many joined activities.
