Die Wohnung ist riesig ( 104 qm) und hat zwei schöne, große Zimmer. Dein Zimmer wäre das Größere, ca. 27 qm, hell, mit schönem Parkettboden und 2 großen Fenster. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, in der Roten Straße.
Im Hinterhof ist noch ein kleiner Garten, den alle Mieter:innen nutzen können.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Der Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete kann auch variieren, sprecht mich einfach an.
Zu mir: Ich freue mich, wenn man sich auch etwas zu sagen hat.
Ich selbst bin 43 Jahre alt, arbeite im Kulturbereich, bin viel unterwegs und mag es zuhause gerne entspannt.
The flat is huge 104 sqm, cozy and has two nice, big rooms. Your room would be the bigger one, approx. 27 sqm, bright, with parquet floor and 2 large windows. The room comes furnished.
The flat is in the middle of the city centre, on Rote Straße.
There is a small garden in the backyard, which all tenants can use.
The period of the interim rental can also vary, just talk to me.
