Mitbewohner*in(FLINTA* only) für OM10-WG gesucht
Wir suchen ab sofort ein*e Mitbewohner*in für die FLINTA* (Frauen, Lesben, Inter*, Nicht binär, trans*, Agender) WG in der OM10. Momentan wohnen hier vier Personen, mit dir dann fünf. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm ggroß und hat ein Fenster auf der Straßenseite
Die OM10 ist ein selbstverwaltetes Hausprojekt im Mietshäusersyndikat. Das Haus gehört allen, die hier leben und aktiv sind. Das heißt, wir sind für alles gemeinsam selbst verantwortlich. Dafür gibt es wöchentlich ein gemeinsames Plenum, an dem Bewohner*innen und Aktive teilnehmen. Außerdem organisieren wir uns in AGs, die unterschiedliche Aufgaben übernehmen oder sind für einzelne Aufgaben verantwortlich.
Wir wünschen uns, dass du gerne in einer politischen Wohngemeinschaft zusammen wohnst und dich gerne auch einbringst, da es immer viel zu tun gibt. Generell beschäftigen wir uns viel mit antirassistischen, feministischen und sozialen Kämpfen.
Es gibt nicht nur Wohnraum, sondern auch einen großen Saal, eine Teeküche sowie Gästezimmer. In dem Saal finden regelmäßig politische Treffen sowie Veranstaltungen statt.

Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass auch Menschen mit Hijab hier wohnen und sich wohlfühlen können. Entsprechend würden wir auf die Bedürfnisse, die damit kommen, achten und es möglich machen.

Roommate (FLINTA* only) wanted for OM10 shared flat
We are looking for a roommate for the FLINTA* (women, lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans*, agender) shared flat in OM10. There are currently four people living here, with you there will be five. The room is about 16 square meters and has a window on the street side.
OM10 is a self-managed house project in the Mietshäusersyndikat. The house belongs to everyone who lives and is active here. That means we are jointly responsible for everything. To this end, there is a weekly joint plenary meeting attended by residents and active members. We also organize ourselves into working groups that take on different tasks or are responsible for individual tasks.
We would like you to enjoy living together in a political shared flat and to get involved, as there is always a lot to do. In general, we deal a lot with anti-racist, feminist and social struggles.
There is not only living space, but also a large hall, a kitchenette and guest rooms. Political meetings and events take place regularly in the hall.

Residents OM10
Die OM10 befindet sich in der nördlichen Innenstadt am Platz der Synagoge. Es gibt eine enge Vernetzung mit der Nachbar*innenschaft und dem Forum Waageplatz. Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen, der ZOB und der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
OM10 is located in the northern part of the city center on Platz der Synagoge. There is a close network with the neighborhood and the Forum Waageplatz. Bus stops in all directions, the central bus station and the train station are just a few minutes' walk away.
Zur Zeit leben in der FLINTA* WG drei Frauen und eine trans* Frau. Es leben BIPoC und weiße Personen hier.
Wir haben einen kommunistischen Kühlschrank, die Lebensmittelkosten teilen wir solidarisch. Pro Person rechnen wir mit ca. 150 € pro Monat. Wir ernähren uns sehr unterschiedlich (Vegan, Halal, aber auch Fleisch/Wurst).
Zusätzlich zum Hausplenum treffen wir uns einmal monatlich zum gemeinsamen Essen mit der all gender WG im 3. OG. Bei Bedarf gibt es Plena auf WG Ebene. Vieles klären wir aber bei spontanen Gesprächen am Küchentisch. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig in unseren Bedürfnissen. Wir haben einen rotierenden Putzplan für die wichtigsten Aufgaben.
Wir wünschen uns, dass du Lust und Kapazitäten hast, dich sowohl in der WG als auch im gesamte Projekt einzubringen. Menschen, die marginalisierten Gruppen angehören, wie beispiesweise (queere) BIPoC oder Ein-Eltern-Familien werden bei der Vergabe des Zimmers bevorzugt.
Three women and one trans* woman currently live in the FLINTA* shared flat. BIPoC and white people live here.
We have a communist fridge and we share the food costs in solidarity. We expect to pay around €150 per person per month. We eat very differently (vegan, halal, but also meat/sausage).
In addition to the house plenum, we meet once a month to eat together with the all gender flat share on the 3rd floor. If necessary, there are plenums at flat share level. However, we clarify many things in spontaneous discussions at the kitchen table. We support each other in our needs. We have a rotating cleaning schedule for the most important tasks.
We would like you to have the desire and capacity to get involved both in the shared flat and in the project as a whole. People who belong to marginalized groups, such as (queer) BIPoC or single-parent families, are given preference when allocating the room.
