Das Zimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Der Boden ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Es gibt zwei große Fenster mit Blick auf den Wall, die nach Westen gerichtet sind, sodass Sie vom Nachmittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne haben werden. Im Winter braucht man nicht viel zu heizen, da die Wohnung gut isoliert ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, perfekt für einen Studenten oder jemanden, der im Homeoffice arbeitet. Es gibt auch einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, der eine Größe von ca. 5m² hat!

The room is on the 3rd floor with lift access. The floor is carpeted. There are 2 large windows facing the Wall, they are facing the west of the city so you will have sun from afternoon until sunset. There is no need for much heating in winter as the flat is well isolated. The room is very quiet, perfect for a student or someone working in a home office. There is also direct access to the balcony which is about 5m² in size!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum direkt neben dem Wall. Obwohl es sich im Stadtzentrum befindet, ist die Straße nicht laut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Universität ist 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Auch Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is located in the city centre right next to the Wall. Although it is in the city centre the street is not noisy. Public transport is 2 minutes away by foot. The university is 5-10 minutes away by bike. There are also bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance.
Du wirst in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit Jiaqi leben, einer 27-jährigen Studentin, die einen Master in Mathematik macht. Sie ist Chinesin mit zwei Sprachkenntnissen in Englisch! Sie ist eine sehr ruhige Person, die gerne kocht, eine Tasse Tee genießt und spazieren geht. Das Leben mit Jiaqi ist angenehm, da sie eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Person ist!
Normalerweise halten wir die Küche nach der Benutzung sauber. Die Küche ist relativ klein.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer.

You will be living with Jiaqi, a 27 year old student studying for a master's degree in mathematics, she is Chinese and speaks English! She is a very calm person, she likes to cook, enjoy a tea and go for a walk. Life is pleasant with Jiaqi because she is a very clean and tidy person!
Normally we keep the kitchen clean after using it. The kitchen is relatively small.
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom
Ich lasse hier den Fernseher, der an der Wand hängt, das IKEA Kallax Regal, einen Schuhschrank, einen neuen Kühlschrank, der im Dezember 2021 gekauft wurde und eine Duschrenovierung, die im Mai 2022 für 300€ gemacht wurde.
Es ist keine Kaution für das Zimmer erforderlich.
Ich werde das Zimmer ab Mitte Juni verlassen, deswegen ist für Juni nur die Hälfte der Miete zu zahlen

I leave here the TV hanging on the wall, the IKEA Kallax shelf, a shoe cabinet, a new fridge bought in December 2021 and a shower renovation done in May 2022 for 300€.
There is no deposit required for the room.
I will be leaving the room from mid-June, so only half the rent is payable for June.
