Das Zimmer liegt oben im Dachgeschoss. Eigentlich sind es fast zwei Zimmer die du "dein" nennen würdest: Der untere Teil zum "leben" und dann geht es über eine Leiter nach oben zum "Schlafzimmer". Ich liebe es, dass das Bett oben ist, dadurch ist es einfach immer gemütlich und man hat einen Bereich nur für sich. Die zwei Fenster unten öffnen sich zur Straße, die aber durch dein Einbahnverkehr sehr ruhig ist. Das Fenster oben geht in Richtung Garten raus, dass man gar nicht das Gefühl hat, in der Innenstadt zu leben und morgens von Vögeln und Sonne geweckt wird. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert zu vermieten. :)
The room is upstairs in the attic apartment. Actually, it's almost two rooms you would call "yours": The lower part to "live" and then it goes up a ladder to the "bedroom". I love that the bed is upstairs, it just makes it cozy all the time and you have an area just for you. The two windows downstairs open to the street, but it is very quiet due to your one way traffic. The upstairs window goes out towards the garden, so you don't feel like you're living in the city center at all and are woken up in the morning by birds and sunshine. The room is for rent fully furnished. :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Stadtwall, nur 5 MInuten (wenn man rennt, weil der Zug auf einmal doch schneller kommt, als man dachte 2minuten) vom Bahnhof entfernt. Nach hinten raus hat die Wohnung einen schönen Garten, der von allen Bewohnern des Hauses genutzt werden darf.
Die Uni ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Das Caree mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut, DM, Apotheke) liegt 5 Minuten entfernt, genauso wie Rewe City und die Innenstatdt an sich.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zum FIZ / Hochschulsport je nach Motivation 15 - 20 Minuten.
The apartment is located directly behind the Stadtwall, only 5 minutes (if you run, because the train comes faster than you thought 2 minutes) from the station. To the rear, the apartment has a beautiful garden, which may be used by all residents of the house.
The university is 10 minutes away on foot. The Caree (little shopping mall) is 5 minutes away, as well as Rewe City and the Innenstatdt itself.
By bike you need 15 - 20 minutes to the FIZ (Gym) / Hochschulsport depending on your motivation.
Das WG-Leben könnt ihr ganz gestalten wie ihr wollt - den ersten Monat wirst du noch mit Alina zusammenwohnen, aber da auch sie nach Versailles geht, wird auch sie ihr Zimmer weiter vermieten, sodass ihr zu zweit ein ganz neues WG-Leben euch aufbauen könnt!
You can arrange your life as you like - the first month you will live with Alina, but since she is also going to Versailles, she will also sublet her room, so that you can build a whole new life together.
Für die zwei Kommoden im Flur, die Kommode im Bad und den Küchentisch inklusive Stühle wäre ein angemessener Abschlag fällig, über den wir dann reden können :) Über die Möbel in meinem Zimmer können wir sprechen, wenn du davon etwas behalten möchtest (ZB. den Lattenrost oder die Kleiderstange an der Wand)
Die Nebenkosten für Strom laufen gerade über Alina. Um W-Lan müsstest du/ihr euch selber kümmern.
