You can find the house in a quiet location close to the central campus. So its very nice for students. The train station is about 15 minutes walk away. For shopping, many supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance (Aldi, Aliman, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka).

Unser WG-Leben ist auf Gemeinschaft ausgelegt. Wir teilen unser Essen und kochen gerne mit- und füreinander.
Manche von uns machen Kreuzworträtsel oder spielen zusammen Doppelkopf. Im Wintergarten schauen wir auf dem Haus-Beamer manchmal Filme zusammen.

Der Großteil unserer WG studiert, im Haus leben aber auch viele Nicht-Studis. Unsere Wg ist mehrheitlich weiß und in Deutschland aufgewachsen, in der WG sprechen wir zumeist Englisch.

Auch wenn du nur zur Zwischenmiete einziehst, kannst du am Alltag und der Gemeinschaft in der WG und im Haus teilhaben: mit Kellerkneipe, mit Garten und Gemüsebeeten, vielen Möglichkeiten zum Bauen und Basteln, Koch- und Partyabende oder auch einfach nur gemütlichen Abhängen.

The life in our flat share is communal. We share our food and enjoy cooking with and for each other.
Some of us do crossword puzzles or play Doppelkopf together. In the winter garden we sometimes watch films together on the house projector.

The majority of our shared apartment is studying, but there are also many non-students living in the house. The majority of our shared apartment is white and grew up in Germany; we mostly speak English in the shared apartment.

But even if you only move in as a temporary tenant, you can participate in the daily life and the community in the house: with a basement pub, with a garden and vegetable beds, many possibilities for building and tinkering, cooking and party evenings, or just hanging out.

Ab März suchen wir noch eine Zwischenmiete für 3 Monate und ein langfristiges Mitbewohni für unsere WG.

Schreib bei deiner Nachricht bitte knapp etwas zu deiner sozialen Positionierung. Es wohnen verschiedene Leute, die strukturell benachteiligt werden (aus verschiedensten Gründen) hier im Haus und es ist uns wichtig, dass das Haus dahingehend ein Schutzraum sein kann.

Hier noch einige Infos zum Hausprojekt:
Als Gruppe und Bewohner*innen des Hauses verbindet uns der Wunsch nach einem Leben in Gemeinschaft als Alternative zur Vereinzelung. Entgegen individualisierter Lebenskonzepte wollen wir dabei auch Privates nicht außer Acht lassen, sondern aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen und uns im Alltag und bei Herausforderungen gegenseitig unterstützen.

Alle Bewohner*innen des Hauses sollen gleichberechtigt sein. Deshalb streben wir ein Zusammenleben in Selbstbestimmung und Selbstverwaltung an, das auf einer antikapitalistischen, feministischen und rassismuskritischen Grundhaltung basiert. Dabei ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen, eine langfristige Perspektive für das Haus zu schaffen und die Entstehung anderer selbstverwalteter Hausprojekte in Göttingen aktiv zu unterstützen und zu fördern.

From March onwards we are also looking for an interim rental for 3 months and a long-term flatmate for our shared apartment.

As a group and residents of the house, we are united by the desire for a life in community as an alternative to isolation. In contrast to individualized life concepts, we do not want to disregard our private lives, but rather show consideration for each other and support each other in everyday life and in the face of challenges.

All residents of the house should have equal rights. Therefore, we strive for a coexistence in self-determination and self-administration, which is based on an anti-capitalist, feminist and racism-critical attitude. It is important to us to create a long-term perspective for the house and to actively support and promote the emergence of other self-managed house projects in Göttingen.
