Ich gehe ab Dezember für mindestens 3 aber vielleicht auch mehr Monate ins Ausland und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer für die Zeit untervermieten (spontan könntest du also auch länger als Februar bleiben) Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank, Fernseher und Kleiderstange) und bietet genug Platz für alles. Es hat zwei große Fenster und Heizung.
Das Badezimmer ist nicht riesig aber groß genug für alles, genau wie die Küche (siehe Bilder). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben einen großen Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und eine eigene Waschmaschine etc., also müsstest du nichts mitbringen.
Wir haben einen Keller, wo du falls du Sachen hast auch etwas unterstellen könntest.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist zu fuß in unter 5 Minuten am Zentralcampus und in der Innenstadt, genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen sind alle im Umkreis von 3 Minuten.
Alle Feiermöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar genauso wie Parks und Sportanlagen.
Vor dem Haus gibt es einen großen Parkplatz mit Platz für Räder und ggf. Autos, man kann die Parkplätze separat günstig mieten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es nicht laut, weil das Haus von anderen Gebäuden umgeben ist, die die Geräusche abhalten.
Eigentlich sind wir eine Dreier Mädchen Wg aber weil zwei von uns (Marla und ich) zusammen weggehen, ist nur noch Janna übrig.
Unter Umständen hättest du noch eine/n zweite/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der dann in Marlas Zimmer wohnen würde.
Janna ist 20 und hat Bwl gerade abgebrochen um Psychologie zu studieren. Wir machen eigentlich viel zu dritt aber es ist auch kein Problem, sich mal Zeit für sich zu nehmen.

I'm leaving my apartment in December to spend some month abroad. I'll be gone for at least three month until the end of feburary but I haven't booked a flight back yet so if you'd like you could probably stay longer than that spontaneously.
I would leave my furniture in the room, you'd have a 1,40x2 m bed, a desk, a sofa, a wardrobe, a tv and a clothes rail for all your stuff.
We have a bath with shower, sink and toilet and a nice kitchen with a huge fridge, stove and oven, microwave, washing machine etc, you wouldn't need to bring anything but if you have stuff you need to bring you could leave it in our basement. There also is a parking lot for cars and bikes in front of our house you can use.
The apartment is in the perfect location right next to the Campus and downtown. There are several shopping locations and busstations nearby, everything no further than 5 minutes walking. Everything else in the city is within reach of max 15 minutes by bike or bus.
You'd be living with Janna, she is a 20 year old psychology student and maybe another person renting my other roommates room while she is gone too. You can hang out with her but also enjoy as much privacy as you need
