Das Zimmer liegt aufgrund der Hanglage halb Souterrain im Haus und hat Fenster nach Westen.
Newly refurbished and furnished room on the ground floor to rent in a well situated house, inhabited by a family. Indiv. entrance and shared use of bathroom and kitchen with a doctoral student at MPI Fassberg. 370,- € including all additional costs (except DSL Internet access = 15 Euro/Month shared). The room has a bed (140x200), a large desk, couch, table and chairs, a shelf etc., all in a modern design. The room is half souterrain and has windows westwards.
Zentral in GÖ-Nikolausberg, nahe zu Edeka und Sportanlagen gelegen. Gut erreichbar sind die Max-Planck Institute und die gwdg am Faßberg sowie der Uni-Nord Bereich. Das Haus liegt leicht am Hang auf einem größeren Grundstück (ca. 1700m2) in bevorzugter Lage mit Blick auf Göttingen.
Situated in the centre of Goettingen Nikolausberg, not far from a supermarket and sport facilities. The Max Planck Institutes, the gwdg at the Fassberg and the University north area (natural sciences) are easily accessible. The house and the estate (approx. 1700m2) are situated in a
privileged position, overlooking Göttingen city center and the Leine-valley.
Der momentane Mitbewohner ist ein Doktorand in der Agrarwissenschaft (Sprachen Nepalesisch, Englisch). Küche und Bad / Toilette werden zusammen genutzt. Die WG wird voraussichtlich eher zweckorientiert sein, es gibt aber auch die Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu essen und zu kochen, wenn diese von beiden Bewohnern gewünscht wird. Die Vermieter bevorzugen Doktoranden oder Postdoktoranden, die am MPI Fassberg oder Norduni ein längerfristiges Projekt (ideal 2 Jahre) durchführen wollen.
The actual roommate is a doctoral student in agricultural sciences (languages Nepalese and Englisch). Kitchen and bathroom / toilet are shared. The WG is expected to be purpose-oriented, but there is also the opportunity to eat and cook together, if this is desired by both tenants. The landlords prefer doctoral or postdoctoral students who will pursue projects of ideally 2 years duration at the MPI (Fassberg) or on North Campus.
Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt wegen der möblierten Vermietung 1 Monat. Es existiert ein 16 Mbit DSL Anschluss, der ggf. hälftig mit dem zweiten Mitbewohner geteilt werden kann (nicht in der Miete inbegriffen). In einem Waschkeller stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Nutzung durch die WG Bewohner zur Verfügung. Wir sind an längerfristigen Vermietungen (2 oder 3 Jahre) für DoktorandInnen oer PostdoktorandInnen interessiert.
The period of notice is (because of the furnished rental) 1 month. There is currently access to the Internet through a 16 Mbit DSL connection, which can be shared with the other tennant (costs not included in rent). In a sperate room a washing machine and a dryer are at the disposition of the tenants. We look for tenants who stay app. 2 or three years at Nicolausberg to complete their PhD or doing a Postdoc.
