Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 15m² groß und hat ein Fenster zur Süd-West Seite und ist daher sehr hell und profitiert ab mittags von direktem Lichteinfall. Die Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden, dies ist aber für den Einzug nicht notwendig. Teil der Wohnung ist zudem ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas und Fernseher und eine große, gemütliche Küche zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung. Ein Dachboden und ein Kellerraum zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung sind auch vorhanden. Zum Haus gehört außerdem ein riesiger Garten der mitbenutzt werden kann.
The available room is 15m² in size and has a big window facing south-west. It is therefore very bright and benefits from direct illumination from noon onward. The furniture in the room can be taken over if need be but this is not a requirement for moving in. Part of our apartment also is a large living room with two couches and a TV and a spacious kitchen, both for communal use. A room in the attic as well as a basement are also there for communal use. Adjacent to the house is a giant garden, which can be used to one's liking as well.
Die Wohnung ist am Rande des studentischen Teil der Stadt Weende gelegen mit Ausrichtung zum Stadtzentrum. Es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen (Goßlerstraße, Blauer Turm) mit Anbindung an die wichtigsten Linien jeweils eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, der Zentralcampus ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt und die Innenstadt kann zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, etc.), die auch zu Fuß in 5 - 10 Minuten erreicht werden können.
The apartment is located on the border of the student part of town Weende facing the city center. There two bus stops (Goßlerstraße, Blauer Turm) connecting to the most important lines, which are both reachable within one minute on foot, the central campus is 5 minutes away on foot and the city center can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. There are countless grocery stores close by (Rewe, Lidl, Penny, etc.), which all too can be reached within 5 - 10 minutes on foot.
Wir sind Fabi (M24, deutsch, studiert Master Mathematik), und Vlad (M26, ukrainisch, promoviert in Neurowissenschaften) und suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*In für unsere inklusive, internationale WG, da unsere Mitbewohner Franklin (D29, brasilianisch) auszieht.
Wir heißen Menschen jeder Herkunft, Geschlechtsidentität und sexueller Orientierung willkommen und freuen uns über Diversität in unserem Heim! Wir sind eine internationale WG; Vlad spricht Ukrainisch, Englisch und Deutsch und Fabi spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und bisschen Türkisch. Im alltäglichen Leben sprechen wir miteinander Deutsch aber auch English geht problemlos.
Wir sind offen für gemeinsames Zeitverbringen, wie Koch- und Film-Abende u.Ä., allerdings klappt das nicht allzu oft wegen Zeitmangel, der durch Studium entsteht. Auch sind häufiger andere Leute bei uns zu Gast.
Wir halten unsere WG regelmäßig in Ordnung. Nachdem Kochen wird es bei uns meistens direkt aufgetürmt, was dank der Spülmaschine nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist. Die Wohnung wird regelmäßig nach einem Plan geputzt. Daher würden wir uns über eine mitbewohnende Person freuen, die eine saubere Wohnung zu schätzen weis.
We are Fabi (M24, German, studying Master Mathematics), and Vlad (M29, Ukrainian, doing PhD in Neuroscience) and are looking for a roommate for our inclusive, international shared apartment, as our roommate Franklin (M29, Brazilian) is moving out.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and are excited to have diversity in our home! We are an international WG; Vlad speaks Ukrainian, English and German, and Fabi speaks German, English, Spanish and a bit Turkish. In everyday life we speak German with each other, but English is no problem either.
We are open for spending time together, like cooking and movie nights etc., but unfortunately this doesn't work out too often because of lack of time due to studies. We also like to invite friends over to the apartment.
We regularly keep our WG in order. After cooking, we mostly clean directly aftewards, but thanks to the dishwasher, it is not too demanding. The apartment is cleaned regularly according to a schedule. Therefore, we would be happy to have a roommate who appreciates a clean apartment.
