Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, welche viel Licht ins Zimmer lassen.
Das große Wohnzimmer bietet viele Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten und die Trennung von Bad und Toilette mit eigenen Fenstern hat ebenfalls ihre Vorteile.
Das Zimmer hat auch einen kleinen französischen Balkon, der für Pflanzen geeignet ist.
Wie die ganze Wohnung sind die Decken mit über 3,50 Meter hoch, so dass wir eine wirklich schöne zweite Ebene aus Holz in den Raum gebaut haben (begehbar mit einer Höhe von bis zu 1,90m), die es neben dem schönen Holzparkettboden spektakulär, aber auch richtig gemütlich mit viel Platz macht.
Es gibt Fotos vom Bau des hohen Stockwerks, aber den Raum sollte man persönlich besichtigen, um einen besseren Eindruck zu bekommen.

Die WG befindet sich in bester Lage: Die Innenstadt ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und auf dem Weg kommt man schon am Zentralcampus vorbei. Auch der Nordcampus ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür und auch zum Bahnhof kann man gut laufen. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Edeka, einen Biomarkt, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny und Netto, du kannst also jeden Tag woanders einkaufen gehen.
The shared flat is in a prime location: the city center is a 10-minute walk away and on the way you pass the central campus. The North Campus is also easily accessible by bike. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and the train station is also within walking distance. In the neighborhood there is an Edeka, an organic market, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Penny and Netto, so you can go shopping somewhere else every day.
Die WG befindet sich grade in einer kleinen Umbruchsphase, da derzeit 3 Zimmer frei sind and Thomas wird erst ab Spetember einziehen, wenn er aus den USA ankommt und Yisoung wird auch erst im Oktober in ein anderes Zimmer einziehen. Thomas beginnt seine Promotion im September und Yisoung ist schon dabei mit Promotion. Das bietet dir die Chance, aktiv das WG Leben nach eure Wünsche mitzugestalten und natürlich auch bei der Mitbewohner:innenauswahl mitzuentscheiden.
The flatshare is in a bit of a transitional phase, as 3 rooms are currently vacant and Thomas will only move in from September onwards, when he arrives from the USA and also Yusong will not move to another room from October.
