Schönes WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nordstadt. Es dauert zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt, mit dem Rad 10 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch eine Bushaltestelle etwa 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Tegut, Aldi, einen Baumarkt, dm, Subway, Burgerking, eine Apotheke und Pizza - man ist also völlig ausgestattet.
Zur Norduni und zum Klinikum dauert es mit dem Rad höchstens 5 Minuten, zu Fuß vielleicht eine viertel Stunde.
Wenn man gerne in den Wald geht, ist er auch nicht weit entfernt! :-)

The flat is located in the Nordstadt. It takes about half an hour to walk to the city centre and 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus stop about 2 minutes from the house. Nearby there are Tegut, Aldi, a hardware store, dm, Subway, Burgerking, a pharmacy and pizza - so you are fully equipped.
To the north university and the clinic it takes at most 5 minutes by bike, on foot maybe a quarter of an hour.
If you like going into the forest, it is not far away! :-)

Ich werde für 8 Monate nach Irland ziehen und möchte danach wieder in diese WG einziehen, da ich super gerne hier lebe! Dein neuer Mitbewohner wäre Yan. Er studiert Medizin, geht gerne bouldern, singt und spielt Klavier und kocht sehr gerne. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, ist das kein Problem, aber es handelt sich hier definitiv nicht um eine Zweck-WG. Gerne quatschen wir über verschiedene Themen miteinander und kochen zusammen.

I will be moving to Ireland for 8 months and would like to move back into this flat afterwards, because I really like living here! Your new roommate would be Yan. He studies medicine, likes to go bouldering, singing and playing the piano and he loves to cook. If you want to have your peace and quiet, that's no problem, but this is definitely not a flat share which is only purpose oriented. We like to talk about different topics, cook together, play board games or watch Netflix together ☺️

Von dir wird erwartet, dass du nicht zu dreckig bist, damit man immer gut in der Küche kochen und Freunde empfangen kann, ohne vorher eine Stunde putzen einzuplanen. Sonst erwarten wir eine nette, kommunikative Person, die relativ selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst ist. Ob du arbeitest, studierst oder eine Ausbildung machst (oder sonst irgendwas) ist völlig egal!

Wegen des genauen Zeitraums bin ich mir noch nicht komplett sicher. Ich werde vermutlich zum November wegziehen und zum Juli wiederkommen. Vielleicht ist aber auch ein minimal früherer Einzug möglich und eine Verlängerung bis August ist auch denkbar!

In den Kosten von 325€ ist alles enthalten: Nebenkosten, Rundfunkbeitrag, Internet etc.

You are expected not to be too untidy so that one can always cook well in the kitchen and welcome friends without having to spend an hour cleaning. Otherwise we expect a nice, communicative person who is relatively independent and responsible. Whether you work, study or do an apprenticeship (or anything else) doesn't matter!

I'm not 100% certain about the time I'll be gone. I will probably move end of October/beginning of November will come back and in July. However, maybe it is possible to move in a little earlier and an extension until August is also possible!

Everything is included in the cost of 325€: utilities, broadcast licence fee, internet etc.
