Hübsches Zimmer (15 m²) in 3er-WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer Umgebung mit vielen Studenten. Der Zentralcampus ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächsten Bushaltstellen für quasi alle Richtungen sind 1-5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke haben wir einen Penny, Lidl, Rewe (+Getränkemarkt), einen orientalischen Supermarkt, zwei Dönerläden und ein Blumengeschäft (falls du gerne Blumen magst😀). Bis in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß und 5-8 Minuetn auf dem Rad. Das Klinikum ist auch nur 500 m entfernt und bis zum Nordcampus sind es etwa 1,5-2 km.

Im Haus selbst haben wir einen Abstellraum im Keller als auch auf dem Dachboden. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine, die von mehreren Personen genutzt wird. Die Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden aufgehängt werden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine große Wiese, die mitgenutzt werden kann.🙂

The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. The building is located very central with lots of students living in the neighborhood. You can reach the central campus in about 10 minutes on foot. All important bus stops are 5 minutes away at most. Around the corner we supermarkets like Penny, Lidl, Rewe, an oriental supermarket, two doner snack bars, and a flower shop (in case you like flowers😀). To get to the city center takes around 15 to 20 minutes on foot and 5-6 minutes on the bike. The hospital is also just 500 m away.

In our building we have two storage rooms, one in the basement and one in the attic. In the basement you can also find the washing machine which is used by different people living in the building. To peg out your washing you can use the attic. And in front of the building is a big lawn which can be used.🙂

Offiziell ist es zwar eine 3er-WG, da unser Dritter im Bunde aber fast nie da ist, musst du dich meist nur mit mir herumschlagen.😄 Ich, Hans, 33 Jahre, arbeite im Impfzentrum und studiere noch Philosophie. Julian, 28 Jahre, studiert American Studies. Mein Wunsch für ein Zusammenleben in dieser WG ist, dass wir uns gut verstehen und gerne auch mal was zusammen machen. Ob zusammen kochen, nen Film schauen, Karten spielen oder in eine Bar gehen. Und gleichzeitig sollte jeder genug Zeit und Raum für sich haben. Eine Balance zwischen beidem finde ich also schön.🙂
Die besten Erfahrungen habe ich mit gemischten WGs gemacht, weshalb ich es auch am coolsten fänd, wenn wieder eine Frau mit dabei ist. Das soll aber kein Ausschlusskriterium sein. Am Ende soll's einfach die Person sein, die am besten passt.

First off, international people are very welcome to apply! I have shared the flat with a couple of people from different countries and we mostly spoke in English. So it's not a problem if your German is not that great.🙂
Although it officially is a three person WG, the third person is almost never around, so you mostly have to deal only with me.😄 I, Hans, 33 years old, work in a vaccination center and study philosophy. Julian, 28 years old, studies American Studies. My hopes for our living together is that we harmonize well and do stuff together every now and then. Be it cooking together, watching a movie, playing boardgames, or going to a bar. And at the same time each of us should have enough time and space for their own. So a balance between the two would be great.🙂 I have had the best experiences living in mixed WGs, so it would be cool if a woman would be in our gang again.✊😎 But eventually, it should just be the person who fits best. So it's no dealbreaker if you're a dude.😄

Zur Befristung: Im Moment kann ich das Zimmer aufgrund von für nächstes Jahr angekündigten Arbeiten am Wohnblock leider nur bis zum 31.03.23 anbieten. Der Plan wurde schon mehrmals verschoben, sonst würde ich auch schon lange nicht mehr hier wohnen. Das Gleiche kann wieder passieren, sodass du länger hier wohnen bleiben könntest, doch versprechen kann ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts.

About the time limit: Due to construction works on this housing complex supposedly starting in April 2023 I can offer this apartment/room only for 12 months, unfortunately. These construction works have been delayed several times, so there's hope that you can stay here longer, however, I can't promise anything.
