Helllo Hello, below you can also see the english version of the text 🙂 Das Zimmer vermiete ich möbiliert unter. Einzugs- und Auszugstermin sind etwas flexibel. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, kuschlig, und man bekommt alles unter was man braucht. Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es sehr hell. Die Fenster sind zudem sehr gut isoliert, so dass man wirklich fast nichts hört wenn sie geschlossen sind. Das ganze Haus wurde vor ca 3 Jahren frisch renoviert. Zu der neuen Ausstattung gehören zum Beispiel Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Rollläden. Die Küche ist mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und ganz wichtig einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bad ist modern gestaltet und dank der Fußbodenheizung auch sehr gemütlich. Im Keller stehen zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, die sich vom Haus geteilt werden. Auch ein Kellerabteil für die WG ist vorhanden. Außerdem verfügt unser Haus über einen Garten, indem es sich super entspannen lässt. [ENGLISH] I am subletting the room completely furnished. The room is about 17 square meters, cozy, and you can store everything what you need. It is very bright due to the two large windows. The whole house was freshly renovated 2 years ago. The new equipment includes, for example, underfloor heating and electric shutters. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, stove and very importantly a dishwasher. The bathroom is modernly designed and thanks to the underfloor heating also very cozy. In the basement there are also two washing machines and a dryer, which are also shared with the house.
Die Lage am Kreuzbergring ermöglicht es schnell zum Zentral- (7 Minuten) oder Nordcampus (10 Minuten) zu kommen. Auch die Universitätsklinik ist direkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man auch beim Hochschulsport innerhalb von 5 Minuten und in der Innenstadt in 15 min. Mit dem Fahrrad geht alles sowieso schneller. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist auch nicht weit und ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Bushaltestellen Nonnenstieg und Maria-Montessori-Weg sind schnell erreichbar. Rundum eine sehr gute Lage und man kommt schnell raus ins Grüne, zu den Schillerwiesen, zum Unisport oder in den Göttinger Stadtwald. The university sports center is only 5 minutes away on foot, and the city center is only 15 minutes away by bike. The next shopping opportunity is also not far and a bakery is just around the corner. All in all, it's a very good location and you can also quickly get to the Schillerwiesen, to university sports or to the Göttingen city forest.
Zum WG-Leben ist erstmal am wichtigsten, dass es nicht zu einer Zweck-WG wird. Wir unternehmen echt viel Zusammen und die Atmosphäre ist super entspannt. Pia ist bis Dezember im Praktikum und würde nach derzeitigem Plan im Januar zurück kommen. Der Zeitpunkt ist allerdings rech flexibel in beide Richtungen.
Philip studiert Development Economics und Nora International Economics vielleicht hast du Lust auf ein Online Meeting um uns besser kennenzulernen?
The most important thing for us is that it doesn't become a functional flat-sharing arrangement. We really do a lot together and the atmosphere is super relaxed. Pia is doing an internship until December and would return in January according to current plans. However, the moving dates are flexible (in both directions).
Philip is studying Development Economics and Nora International Economics.
