Ein länglicheres 19m² Zimmer mit zwei Fensternfronten und einer Dachschräge and der Langenseite. Die Fensterfronten sind einmal nach Osten und einmal nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass man (ohne Abdunkelung) morgens und mittags viel Sonne erhält, abends im Sommer aber nicht gegrillt wird. Die Wohnung enthält eine größere offene Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Außenfenster.
Zimmer ist momentan möbliert, übernahme der Möbel bei Bedarf möglich nach Vereinbarung.

Robert plannt Göttingen irgendwann in April zu verlassen, der genaue Zeitpunkt der Zimmerübernahme ist flexibel.
A lengthy 19m² room with 2 windows to the east and south so that you have bright morning and midday, but in Summer it doesn't get too hot. There is a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub and a window. The room is currently furnished and if you want, you can take over the furniture. The floor plan is in the photos (Wohnzimmer 26).
Robert is planing to leave Göttingen some time in April, so the time when you can move in is quite flexible.

The location is very good. Apartment is in the Oststadt.

Leider unser Mitbewohner Robert aus, daher suchen wir einen Nachmieter. Wir sind Emil und Pang.
Emil kommt aus Kroatien und studiert Physik. Seine Freizeit verbringt er gerne mit Freunden, Sport, Schach, und neue Kochrezepte auszuprobieren.
Pang kommt aus Singapur und promoviert in Mathematik. Er spielt gerne pool und schach. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch, wobei Emil auf Englisch ein bisschen flüssiger sprechen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine freundliche und ruhige Atmosphäre, und wir kochen und putzen wöchentlich zusammen.
We are Emil and Pang. Unfortunately our current flatmate Robert is moving out, so we are looking for a new tenant.
Emil is from Croatia, currently doing a masters in physics. In his free time he likes to hang out with friends, do sports, play chess and is interested in learning new recipes.
Pang is from Singapore, currently doing a PhD in mathematics, and loves playing pool and chess.
We can speak both German and English, although Emil is a bit more comfortable with English. The atmosphere in the WG is relaxed and friendly and we like cooking together. We also have a cleaning plan.
