Wir suchen ab Februar eineN tollen neuen Mitbewohner_in für unser Haus im Ostviertel.
6 Menschen auf zwei Stockwerken. Gemütliche große Wohnküche und Garten, wo wir gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen.
Einige von uns teilen sich ein Milchabo und Gemüse über die Solidarische Landwirtschaft.
Das Zimmer ist ca . 17m2 groß, hohe Wände und Dielenboden. Da unsere Duschen im Keller sind und WCs im Treppenhaus, hat jedes Zimmer auch ein Waschbecken.
Das Zimmer kostet 230 Euro warm,hinzu kommt eine halbjährliche stromrechnung (günstig, ökostrom) Außerdem ca 30 Euro für Wohnküche und Internet/Telefon.
