Da ich für meine Promotion aus Göttingen wegziehe, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in ab 15. Juli 2015 (nach Absprache auch früher / später) bis 01. Oktober 2015.
Das Zimmer ist 22 m2 groß und vollständig möbliert (Bett, großer 2m x 2m Schrank, kleinerer Schrank, Schreibtisch und -stuhl, Bücherregal, Kommode, Sideboard, etc, (alles neu)). Es ist gut geschnitten und verfügt über ein schönes, großes Fenster, wird aber im Sommer nicht heiß.
Es handelt sich um einen tierfreien Nichtraucher-Haushalt. Bad und Küche sind schön groß, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet
(alle Geräte und Geschirr / Besteck bleiben ebenfalls zur Nutzung während der Zwischenmiete hier).
Die Miete beträgt 295 €. Dazu kommen ca. 20 € für Strom / Internet. Du müsstest zu deiner und meiner Sicherheit außerdem die Mietkaution (380 €) und eine Möbelkaution hinterlassen, die es bei deinem Auszug natürlich zurück gibt.

As I'm leaving Göttingen I am subleasing my fully furnished room from July 15th / August 1st 2015 until October 1st 2015 (with some flexibility regarding the starting and ending dates).
The room is 22 m² and part of a 2-room shared apartment. The kitchen contains everything needed (stove w/ oven, microwave, coffe machine as well as dishes etc.) and the bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub and a washing (laundry) machine. Smoking and pets are not allowed within the apartment. The room is fully furnished (bed, large 2 x 2 m² wardrobe, book shelves, large desk … ) and has a nice large window.
Rental charges total 315 Euro per month (295 Euro for room, 20 Euro for electrical power and internet charges). Furthermore, a one-time deposit of 380 Euro for the rent („Mietkaution“) as well as a one-time security deposit against damage to the furniture of 300 Euro („Möbelkaution“) have to be made at the beginning of the sublease but will be fully paid back at the end of the sublease. A contract will be made.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Lotzestraße und ist umgeben von schönen Gründerzeitvillen (unser Haus ist ebenfalls aus der Gründerzeit, aber renoviert). Zum Zentralcampus braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten und Eiswiese / Freibad und Kiessee liegen praktisch vor der Haustür, was natürlich für die Badesaison und zum Joggen super ist. Außerdem gibt es regelmäßige Busverbindungen zum Bahnhof und direkt zum Campus, die direkt vor der Haustür abfährt. Ein Bäcker liegt direkt um die Ecke und zu Netto / Penny und Kaufland sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located in the Südstadt of Göttingen close to the center and to Eiswiese (large public in- and outdoor pool), the Kiessee (lake) and a sport center which is perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities. Public transportation to e.g. Uni or the main train station is available and grocery stores are nearby. It takes 10-15min to reach the central campus by bike.
Theresa, meine Mitbewohnerin, ist 28 Jahre alt und studiert Soziologie und Geschlechterforschung. Sie wird allerdings aufgrund eines Praktikums von Juli bis Mitte September nur am Wochenende in Göttingen sein. Gegen Putzpläne oder den Mülldienst solltest du keine Allergie haben, ansonsten kann man über alles reden !
Theresa, my flatmate, is 28 years old and studies sociology and gender studies. Between July and mid September she will only be n Göttingen on weekends due to an internship. You and her would alternate to keep the apartment clean and neat.
