Liebe Wohnungslose,
in der ruhigen Reinholdstraße in der Südstadt wird ein Zimmer frei! Nach fast vier Jahren in dieser schönen WG ziehe ich von Göttingen weg. Nun suchen wir einen netten Menschen, der/die das Leben in der WG für eine Weile bereichert.
Wir leben zu dritt in der WG, Verena ist Doktorandin in Development Economics und Vera ist Masterstudentin in Wirtschaftspädagogik.
In unserer schönen Altbauwohnung im 2.OG warten zwei Zimmer (1x Schlafzimmer direkt an grosses eigenes Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer verbunden) auf dich. Eine gemeinsame geräumige Küche, das Badezimmer und ein Kellerabteil gehören auch zur Wohnung. Zudem gibt es einen schönen Garten, den alle Hausbewohner nutzen können. Ah, einen Geschirrspüler und eigene Waschmaschine haben wir auch!
Ich werde die meisten Möbel mitnehmen; das Bett kann man aber gerne gratis übernehmen (kein Zwang!).

Hello!
After four years in this WG it's time to move on. I'm looking for a future tenant for 2 rooms in a 3-person flatshare in the Südstadt. The flat is 10 minutes from the city centre by foot. The larger front room is used as a living room while the back room is used as the bedroom.
You would live with Verena, a development economist at the University of Göttingen, and Vera, an economy education MSc student at the University of Göttingen.
I will take most of my furniture with me but you can have the bed for free if you want.

In der schönen Südstadt: Ruhig und trotzdem in Gehdistanz zur Innenstadt. Supermarkt, Bioladen und Bäckerei sind jeweils in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hallenbad Eiswiese und der Kiessee sind auch nicht weit.
In the beautiful Südstadt neighbourhood: Calm and yet in walking distance to the city centre. Supermarket, organic food shop and bakery are all close by. You can also reach the Eisswiese indoor pool and the Kiessee lake within a few minutes.
Unsere WG war immer sehr unkompliziert und nett. Es ist eigentlich immer sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir essen ab und zu zusammen, haben aber alle unsere Kühlschrankabteile... Dazu dann mehr wenn wir uns treffen!
The flatshare has always been very uncomplicated and friendly. Overall it's always tidy and clean, but none of us goes crazy on these things... We sometimes eat together but everyone has an own fridge compartment. I think that sums it up?!
